There were a few things that had to be taken care of from the initial build of our RV. Bellavista and all the staff took care of it immediately and were amazing at correcting the issue. The experience we've had with Bellavista has been absolutely amazing. We've been treated like family by the team, and they are a team who have gone above and beyond to accommodate and make the experience of purchasing and owning our new cruiser a pleasure. This has been an experience everyone needs to have as a customer and as an RV owner. They are the place where you can feel your purchase is not just a purchase, but the place where you can learn about your new purchase and come back and feel like you're concerns are addressed and questions answered with open arms. Thank you all for your willingness to go above and beyond. Michael and Marlene DeLeskie

Our sales associate, Bruno, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. With mine and my husband's work schedules and having 2 little kids, trailer shopping was not something I was interested in doing initially. Bruno was more than accommodating to work with our schedules and made the process fast and easy to do. After visiting other RV locations I'm happy we decided to go with Bella Vista and would highly recommend to anyone in the market! Happy Camping

Stay away from Hap's Place RV Repairs & Restorations near Rama…read more We took our tent trailer there to fix the crank. Not only were they very expensive (compared to Brighten RV), when we got it back, things that had been working, no longer were - built in fridge, heater, dining table etc. The floor was covered in dirty footprints, tools left on a shelf and a myriad of other issues. We're pretty sure, that as it was an older trailer, that they wanted it for parts (it had a hard top that is very hard to find as no longer manufactured) and were ticked that we wanted it back. But for them to keep it they'd charge over $700 for 'disposal' fees. They made it very difficult to get out of their yard as they'd partially blocked our exit route even though they knew when we were coming for p/u. A few weeks later, the crank stopped working again. When I called them, they asked for photos which we sent them. Then told us the clear photos were not good enough and we'd have to bring it back, which wasn't possible as hubs was unable to driver due to an injury and I've never towed a trailer. (Our daughter drove it home). They refused to let us drop it off on a Saturday (Closed) which was the only day our daughter had available as she was working full time. They then started yelling at me.

I cannot speak highly enough about the outstand service provided by everyone. I have been to many places to buy an RV, and nothing comes close to the quality and price that they provided, don't take my word for it just go take a look you won't be disappointed. I would like to especially thank Shawn. He took the time to understand my needs ensuring that I found the perfect RV for my family. Shawn's patience and attention to detail were remarkable. He answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His expertise in RV's was great because it provided me valuable insight into how work with everting including tips and tricks to look for if I ever get stuck. He went above and binode. Weather it was coordinating with the finance team, arranging test drive or ensuring that every feature of the RV was in perfect working order the people there helped me through it with a smile and great attitude. I am thrilled with my purchase and grateful for everything that was done. If you are in the market for an RV, I highly recommend visiting Fraserway RV in Cookstown and asking for Shawn. Thank you for making this experience positive for me and my family.

We have also dealt with their service department and they did do everything that was outlined. They were professional and got the job done. Now I know service of any kind is pain because there is a waiting period for parts from mfg..that being said they were pro active and ordered parts they knew would take time quickly and called immediately once they received it.. We have no problems with this deal at all. That being said we just upgraded to a new rig and couldnt be more thrilled. Thanks Layzee Acres!! L. Schmidt

Layzee Acres: Low Prices Can Come With a High Cost…read more We purchased a brand-new 2026 Open Range 3X 287RLS from Layzee Acres RV Sales, representing an investment of nearly $100,000 including taxes. At that price level, I expected a new RV to be properly inspected, prepared, cleaned and ready to use. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Since taking possession in early September 2026, instead of being able to enjoy the RV we purchased, much of my time has been spent identifying defects, documenting problems, communicating with the dealer and manufacturer, arranging warranty service, and trying to find a facility capable of completing the repairs. Before pickup, I specifically asked Layzee Acres in writing whether a complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) would be performed, including verification of the major systems and components. I was told in writing that these items would be checked and that any problems found would be corrected before pickup. I was also later told that Layzee Acres has an internal PDI report for the unit. Despite those assurances, the RV was delivered dirty and we subsequently discovered numerous problems, including construction debris in hidden areas, protruding nails around the slide-outs that could damage the seals, loose heating ductwork, damaged trim and furniture, exterior screws loosening and falling out, inaccurate tank readings, water accumulating above the underbelly, and other installation and finishing issues. The inverter also failed immediately after delivery, which was particularly important because the RV uses a residential 120V refrigerator. The practical solution of removing the inverter, shipping it back to Layzee Acres and installing the replacement myself was a solution I proposed, which Layzee Acres subsequently accepted. My concern is therefore much larger than one defective inverter. It is the number and nature of the problems present on a brand-new RV after a complete PDI and preparation had specifically been confirmed to me in writing. The most disappointing part is that I purchased this RV to use and enjoy it -- not to spend months managing repairs on a new unit. Given the number of outstanding issues and the difficulty of arranging warranty service, there is a real possibility that a substantial part of the first year of ownership will be spent dealing with repairs rather than travelling and enjoying the RV. At the present pace, some of these issues may not be fully resolved until well into 2027. The warranty process is still ongoing with Layzee Acres, Jayco/Open Range and local service facilities. I will continue updating this review as the situation develops, including which repairs are approved, how long the process takes, and how Layzee Acres and Jayco ultimately handle the remaining defects. More to come.
