We went in to order floor mats for my car. The guy working there agreed to look them up and call us…read moreback with a price (should have been somewhere around $250). He was very courteous and helpful. A couple days later, we stopped in again to see what he'd found as he never called. He acknowledged that he hadn't had a chance to find them yet, and was apologetic for having forgotten. He committed to calling us by the end of the day. That was about 2 weeks ago and we still haven't heard back. Suffice it to say that the new mats in my car were ordered elsewhere. My husband was also looking for pricing on a tonneau cover for his new truck which we never got either. They've lost our future business.

This is my first visit to Maxxim…read more Maxxim is a business that has opened in Barrie to provide more opportunity and access to quads, motorbikes, trailers and other sporting vehicles. Full service location that services what they sell. Today was their grand opening. Well organized, a great selection of vehicles, and accessories. The store is well staffed and they are open every day of the week. I was impressed with the diversity of vehicles and was looking specifically at the more balanced vehicles (4 wheels) as I have a balance issue. Easily accessible location, friendly knowledgeable folk, and easy to find a restaurant to eat at afterwards as it is close to many restaurants nearby.
