We spoke to a reference provided by My Fireplace and they were very happy with the service, so we pulled the trigger and the guys from my fireplace came and did our install in one day. The workers arrived exactly when they said they would, installed the furnace in an efficient manner, left their work area very clean, and were very professional in their demeanor. We were very pleased we went with then and would recommend their services to our friends.

Need a new AC? Don't go through MyFireplace!!!…read more We have a high end 6 year old Lennox AC installed in our home. It was installed by MyFireplace for the previous owners. Last week we noticed that the house wasn't cooling despite the fact that the fan and motor of the AC were running. We called myfireplace and they said that we would only be covered by the manufacturers warranty because we were the second owners of the unit. They wanted $100 to even come out and look at it. We decided to have Finan come out to take a look because they were $50 cheaper. The guy took a look at the machine and deduced that there must be a coolant leak as a result of faulty installation and that we would need a new unit. I've had multiple companies come out to quote us for a new unit, they've all said that this was a high quality AC unit and that it must have been installed incorrectly by MyFireplace. I called MyFireplace back and got the same message- 5 years manufacturers warranty on parts. Super disappointing that they won't stand behind their product and their installation. I certainly won't be giving them my business moving forward. Now I have to spend $5000 replacing an AC that they installed incorrectly.
