Our furnace stopped working this afternoon while the tempurature outside was minus 15 degrees…read morecelsius. I was somewhat apprehensive when I called Donaldson's figuring they might be too busy to even answer my call. But to my delight they received my call immediately and sent out a service person within an hour! The young lady that came to repair the furnace was very polite and knowledgable. She was in and out within half an hour with the furnace up and running, as good as new. Thanks to Donaldson's fast and reliable service we did'nt have to spend the night huddling around the kitchen stove. We're so glad we found Donaldson's when we purchased our furnace 4 years ago.

Very poor plumbing service. This is not like them. Donaldson should refund our $196.00. They did…read morenot repair the problem, and the reason for this poor review is mostly because the Donaldson supervisor came to our house to give the junior person sent to do the job more tools but he did not even come in to see the situation. That is totally unacceptable. Donaldson charged us and left saying They couldn t fix. Said he would send in a quote for a totally new fixture to be put in. (Not interested as we have a reno planned in 2 years) We called another company Podolan Plumbing & Heating and Milosz Podolan got it repaired and without removing any ceramic tiles which is what the Donaldson guy said might have to be done. It was the hot water handle that had come off the American Standard jacuzzi in master. The faucet of Jacuzzi was dripping warm water and badly and we had to turn off hot water to stop the fast, noisy dripping. The hot water handle would not go back on by us. The person Donaldson sent was clearly lost and out of his element. My husband found him looking up plumbing images on his smart phone more than once. My husband asked his background - he said he was a Western University Grad , husband asked him how long he s been doing this work. He said 2 months. Worth repeating - he called his supervisor who brought him more tools but again this supervisor DID NOT come in to our house to assess the situation. Poor service .

I called Brett at All Climate to ask for a quote to install the mini-split that I had purchased. He…read morereturned my call promptly, provided a quote and made an appointment to do the work. Brett was very professional, well-spoken, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Both he and his co-worker were polite and respectful and worked diligently to install my mini-split. They asked questions to be sure they were installing it as I had wanted. They assisted me in setting up the remote control as well as the smart control kit so that I could use Alexa. Through the install they took great care with everything. When setting up the cover for the line set (wires and tubes), they made sure all areas were properly caulked and that the covers lined up aesthetically -- they took the time to do everything the right way the first time. They made sure they cleaned up before leaving and checked to make sure everything was done as expected. I would highly recommend All Climate to anyone requiring their services!

One did not call back and the other was a no show for a scheduled appointment. We did manage to have the third company provide us with a quote. In desperation, we asked our realtor for their recommendation. They recommended BlueKey and it was literally the best decision we made. BlueKey was absolutely amazing!! No one does what these guys do! They were personable, approachable, funny, and very knowledgeable. I can't get over the amount of care they put into everything they did. Our house was clean and tidy every night before they left and the price was very comparable to the other quote we received but included WAY more extra items than the other company. From the design process to the final walkthrough, they made the experience so enjoyable. It was so amazing to have an entire team handling every single step of the process. We knew we found the right company when we saw their rendering. It was so realistic, I had to ask twice if it was really a rendering. We asked ourselves, if the quality of their rendering was that good, imagine what our house will look like? We were not disappointed. They knocked it out of the park. Our house seriously looks like something out of a magazine! Between my wife and I, I think we have thanked our realtor a thousand times. We are beyond happy and would highly recommend BlueKey.

I hired Rice Plumbing and Heating November 2011 to install a new water system in my country home…read more My well water was extremely rusty and Mr. Rice installed a new water system at the cost of $8,500. He guaranteed his work and if any problems were to arise he would address them promptly. My system started having major problems in October of this year. I made dozens of calls to his company and never received a response. The equipment that he installed had a one year warranty. That warranty has run out now because he did not not respond to my my calls. The water system pump is breaking down, and since Troy Rice was the installer, London Pump Supply whom supplied Mr. Rice with supplies, would not come to my home to repair it. That was supposed to be up to Troy Rice. I have a hobby farm with animals that cannot go without water for the time it would take for the pump supplier to repair it as I would have to disconnect it and take it to their location to be repaired. I am extremely disappointed with T Rice Heating and Plumbing, and as far as I'm concerned, I wasted $8,500. I had another company, WRC Purifying come out and install additional water cleansing equipment at the cost of $2,000. My water is fine now that they installed a peroxide tank. Rice Plumbing did not install the nproper equipment. It is , however, their responsibility to honour their promise to repair and/or replace equipment that they installed. I would definitely recommend that if need of a plumbing/heating contractor, that you do not employ Troy Rice. Marianne Parkinson, RR # 1 Salford, 519-319-6431
