We called a few referrals we received from a couple friends. We left a voicemail for one and made an appointment with the other. One did not call back and the other was a no show for a scheduled appointment. We did manage to have the third company provide us with a quote. In desperation, we asked our realtor for their recommendation. They recommended BlueKey and it was literally the best decision we made. BlueKey was absolutely amazing!! No one does what these guys do! They were personable, approachable, funny, and very knowledgeable. I can't get over the amount of care they put into everything they did. Our house was clean and tidy every night before they left and the price was very comparable to the other quote we received but included WAY more extra items than the other company. From the design process to the final walkthrough, they made the experience so enjoyable. It was so amazing to have an entire team handling every single step of the process. We knew we found the right company when we saw their rendering. It was so realistic, I had to ask twice if it was really a rendering. We asked ourselves, if the quality of their rendering was that good, imagine what our house will look like? We were not disappointed. They knocked it out of the park. Our house seriously looks like something out of a magazine! Between my wife and I, I think we have thanked our realtor a thousand times. Takes your money without a plan to perform agreed upon work. Does not honour warranty to fix work that was done incorrectly. Buyer beware - subcontractors are used by this company and not always paid leaving you open for liens put on your home even though you have paid your contract in full. read more

Just be careful if you are doing any business with this company. They are liars, cheaters, they don't follow through with their words This company has terrible has customer service and their craftmanship is shoddy. They claim to have high-end clients and remodel multi-million dollar homes yet they can't even measure and installed posts properly Instead of working the owner was at door to gather cash as early as 6:00-7am. Just show up unannounced and ask for money. Instead of doing his job what he got paid for, he was gossiping with his country men about other issues that is none of his business. If I knew his business is so young and unprofessional, I would never hire them. He gets upset like 2 year old kid when people give him feedback. These reviews are fake, saw one review that was made by his own company, one by his relative, one by his manager who works for them. Look at the photos and you will see. wouldn't even hire him as cook. His buddies or close friends giving him good rating. Most of the reviews check them, it has only 1-4 contribution, meaning new accounts. He begs and he calls others peasants. You can see how he comments and It shows how unprofessional he is when he starts going nuts online knowing that people are allowed to write review. (Freedom of speech,let people share). Save yourselves the headache and money by skipping to the next contractor. When we asked him when he's going to finish up because he's always give excuse, he said I will not send anyone and go find someone else. Very immature. He took our money and and never showed up. He took more than promised time. His friend who came with his young son to do the posts, showed up couple of times and for 15-20 minutes and left. Their excuse was that (we squeezed you in). When we hired them, they did t mentioned these terms. He scammed me, made me pay for a job and later denied everything . I guess he started his Business during Covid. His business is new and unprofessional. Low standard I say. Don't hire these scammers! Check photos. He did patch work and after multiple attempts, his men couldn't fix the damage. We had a great overall experience working with BlueKey. We had our whole house remodelled and it turned out better than we ever imagined. We knew Ed and his team cared from the moment he walked through the door and took a minute to greet our 4-year-old son and our 12-year-old golden. He was well prepared and explained the process from start to finish. The design process was enjoyable. We were able to work with our designer to come up with a rendering we really loved. Gerri took care of dealing with the city and getting the permit. She completed all the necessary paperwork, had us sign and submitted on our behalf. We were very concerned about how they would navigate the work with everyone at home, but BlueKey made sure to keep us updated with what work was happening on what day by keeping their builder's app updated. We LOVED their app. It made our lives so easy. The workers were extremely kind and very professional. Harley had a keen eye for the smallest details and was a perfectionist. We appreciated his OCD. JP and Darren kept us laughing and were great guys. For 5 months, they were like family. They did a quality job, and the end results are beautiful. We did have a couple minor hiccups along the way as any renovation would have, but they were very quick to find ways to resolve those issues and stayed in constant communication with us, so we knew what was being done.
