When I got there he was totally unprepared, and had lost the notes on what we had already discussed. We had to go over everything again that we had previously discussed when he visited my home to measure. He once again told me that he would email my quote that following week. It is now 3 weeks later, 6 weeks from the first visit to my home, and still no quote. What a waste of time and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BIG NO.

Breach of contract, almost every cabinet ordered was wrong, forgot to schedule a floor install and tried to install cabinets without installing floor, left and did not return for 3 moths after I sent them away and said no cabinets until floor, I installed the floor and later had 7,200$ charged to my credit card for the floor "I contracted them to do", even though I did it -this is actually illegal and credit card fraud as there was no authorization. Did not send any designer or contractors to my house to measure, just had the salesman do it and everything was wrong, asked me to takeout a structural bulkhead in my house to fit the cabinets they ordered that were too large, which I had to repair. Rude staff, lied about everything, did not finish the job, no floor spacers installed and resulted in broken toe to my wife, did not send plans with installers once, so the layout wasn't even right, -wrong 3 times. 4 months without a kitchen and 27,000$ later. I have warped doors and no floor spacers, and a fridge that doesn't fit because they got the specs wrong. "I ordered cabinets that don't fit" but they are the hired contractors and designers.... Absolutely the worst people ever. Even the contractors that worked for them said it was the worst job they'd ever seen and apologized, but management wouldn't do anything. Just stole my 7,200$ off my credit card.
