The payment schedule was changed from 50% upfront and 50% after completion to 50% upfront a request of additional payment of 40% well before completion and then 10% plus all extra charges at the end. At the beginning after I paid the 50% upfront payment I was asked to sign a waiver because the contractor didn't want to get the required permits, which I thought was part of the estimate. At that time I should have canceled the agreement and asked for my deposit back. This is an untrustworthy company and I believe you should stay away from them as much as possible. I do have to say that the men and contractors they have working for the are trustworthy and excellent at the work they do.
