I reached out to them to get this looked at and it's been over a year now and I'm still waiting for them to provide an analysis of what the issue is and what they're going to do about it. They've come to investigate, sent the fabricator to investigate, then took a sample off the roof to ship to the fabricator but there's no way it should take over a year and still not even have an analysis done, never mind a solution. I've sent an email or called them about once a month, trying not to pester them too much, but honestly, they haven't responded most of the time and I feel as if I'm being ghosted now. I'm not sure what to do at this point so I felt obligated to send this review to warn people. If the issue gets resolved though I'll update this review.
