Dr. Galante saved my life and prevented me from becoming a quadriplegic in 2006. Because he is…read moregifted professional and because he listens to what his patients have to say he was able to diagnose a tumor in my spinal canal at the base of my skull that was gradually cutting off my spinal cord. He found what other doctors missed and sent me for an MRI when others couldn't be bothered. Dr. Galante sent me to the best surgeon for the job, Dr. Isaac Goodrich. As a team they saved me. I can run, ride a bike, shovel snow and live a normal life 14 years later. Without them I would have been a quadriplegic 13 years ago. His staff has come through for me in other emergencies too such as a burst appendix, but it's not just the emergencies in which Dr. Galante excels. He has common sense solutions to health that involve diet and exercise without relying on pharmaceuticals to cure every problem - a trait I think will lead to a healthier and longer life. He is a beautiful human being as well as a talented doctor that cares about his patients. His practice reflects his professionalism and make you feel welcome as well.

She is an excellent diagnostician. She treats clients as she…read morewould treat her own family members. She is very thorough. I would rather see a clinician like her as opposed to other practices where-you see a different person every time. They can be polite and organized but not provide adequate care. Example-doctor I've never seen before does not bother to look up my lab results-asks me how the labs were-did not even look at them.(I am a retired nurse).

She's really great. She was my grandmother's PCP for many years. I could never switch to her…read morebecause my insurance wasn't accepted. Now that I have switched (new ins.), she not only remembers my family, I feel as though, I'm treated like family. She takes her time. She is thorough and careful. She explains things. I've only been seeing her for a bout a year now but I've been a few times already as I got the flu and I needed a physical. I'm also diabetic and while I see an endocrinologist regularly for that, she was very attentive to my diabetes and wants to stay updated on my endocrine appointments. As for my grandmother, when my grandma passed, it was Dr. Nwangwu's who listened to her symptoms and really investigated. She was able to help find the cause of her pain shortly before her passing. It was unexpected and the answers came as a result of the thorough labwork Nwangwu had ordered. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes (I've visited the office probably 6 or 7 times this year) and when I had trouble initially and misunderstanding with my insurance claim, I questioned my bills and they reviewed each claim with me. I was even offered a discount on my portion since I'd felt there had been some misunderstanding regarding my insurance/initial visit. She's great.

Hi there, This is a complaint against the staff. I got a…read moremissed call from the office so I called back. I waited forever on hold and they hung up on me. However I called back and they said that they were going to call a mediation to my pharmacy. I go the pharmacy and nothing was called so naturally I called them back. Some rude assistant picked up trying to rush me off the phone and she said they never called the prescription because the dr wanted to talk to me. I said I wished you called to let me know. She got so rude on the phone and saying she doesn't have time for that and that they are short staffed. I said please do be snippy with me, and as I was speaking to make an appointment she hung up. So I called back, I don't know who picked up (most likely the same person) I said why did I get hang up on, and she hung up again for the third time. Someone called me from the office and without asking me what happened stating that I am being rude to the staff. I laughed because at this point it was funny. I explained myself again, and made an appointment that I cancelled right away .this was just for a physical appointment , what if I was sick and they act like that again and again ....I was going to ask to be a concierge patient, but they don't need my money I guess. Do not recommend them at all very very, very rude people no social skills whatsoever shame or Dr, Saunders employing people like that..

He has helped guide me and direct me through dealing with some serious medical issues requiring specialized physicians and surgeons including sepsis and cancer. He and his staff have always been very responsive and understanding with terrific "Bedside Manner". I took advantage of and enrolled in a Concierge Physicians program to which he belongs. The service offers several benefits. One of the most important benefits for me is virtually instant accessibility to him and/or his staff 24/7. I would recommend Dr. Saunders as a very competent practitioner of Internal Medicine as well as a down to earth General Practitioner or Primary Care Physician.

There are some people who come into your life and make a difference, and then there are people who…read moremay actually save your life. For me, Dr. Vulpe is one of those people. After a series of diagnostic tests, Dr. Vulpe discovered blockages in my heart that could have gone undetected until it was too late and a heart attack occurred. I honestly cannot imagine what might have happened if those blockages had not been found when they were. Rather than simply waiting for a problem to happen, Dr. Vulpe took action. He scheduled my procedure in advance to open the blockages and address the problem before it could become a life-threatening emergency. Today, I am feeling great, and I am incredibly thankful that he had the knowledge, experience, and dedication to find what might otherwise have remained hidden. Dr. Vulpe didn't just treat me as another patient. He listened, he paid attention, he investigated, and he took my health seriously. That level of care gave me something priceless -- peace of mind and another opportunity to enjoy life. I also want to give my heartfelt thanks to Amanda, his medical assistant. Her kindness, compassion, patience, and attention throughout this process meant more to me than I can put into words. Having people who genuinely care about you when you're facing something as frightening as heart problems makes all the difference. Dr. Vulpe, I will be forever grateful to you and Amanda. Thank you for your knowledge, your dedication, your compassion, and for taking such exceptional care of me. I truly believe that discovering these blockages when you did may have changed the course of my life.
