And waited. And waited some more. An hour went by. One hour, mind you, as I sat alone waiting with my shirt off to be examined. Not one sould came into the room to check on me. Not a one. After waiting one hour, I had enough. I got dressed and told the front desk to reshedule me. They frantically looked for the ARPN in a bunch of different rooms and finally found him. There is no excuse for double booking, over booking, or not paying attention to the required time need for the ARPN. No excuse. No lame explanations will cut it. The time of your patients matters. Punctuality matters.
