When I met the staff at CC, it was professional, pleasant, and overall a great experience. I loved working with Sonya, and all of the others who helped along the way. A few months in, we had to move the sign slightly so we ended up having to un-install/re-install and we accidentally damaged the sign in the process. North State Signs' customer service was spectacular and actually replaced the sign under warranty at no-cost (even though it really wasn't their fault), which goes to show they really stand behind the quality of their product which we appreciated. Thank you for being a great company :) Would highly recommend!

Great company with quality products…read more When I lived in Chico, I had used Dragon Graphics' services for marketing related to both my fraternity and the apartment community I managed. Pricing was competitive and the service was generally friendlier than their direct competition a few blocks away. I'm not the most artistically-inclined so was delighted when the Dragon staff designed banners for both of my organizations. Their designs are super modern and cutting-edge. They really elevated the game when it came to getting the word out. Not only that, but their materials are top notch. The banners were heavy-duty (one of them still hangs proudly nearly 8 years later) and their silkscreening on shirts doesn't fade or peel. A win win overall!

I had the opportunity to finally pop in and see their store this weekend. It's in downtown Chico, lots of street parking, and a parking lot right next door also. Beautiful tree lined street, gorgeous building. This is where they do all their printing and there are several beautiful printing presses. I love that vibe. The store carries all of their card designs and some other knick knacks and gift items. A good place to find a unique gift and a gorgeous card. I am particularly fond of their card designs that look like tile. I enjoyed a nice visit with the employee working that day. It's a beautiful space!! Can't wait to come back.
