When I returned about 6 weeks later to schedule (I was waking on a backordered windshield replacement), the office manager stated that the other employee was on a phone call and that she would send me an email (I explained fully my previous visit.) Curiously, it was now $400. When I asked for an explanation of the price increase, she stated (over emails) that the other employee had merely provided an estimate. However, he had never stated that it was a ballpark estimate. I question their honesty and integrity after this exchange. I won't ever do business there.

We had these folks create a corporate banner, which we had no issues. We also rented a 10foot…read moredisplay which turned ugly really fast. The lights didn't have the right fittings and fell off, the display was not kitted properly and did not have the right panels. We had to make another trip back to their company to resolve the panel issue, then had problems with using the wrong panels mostly due to really poor identification of parts and procedure, along with the panels being quite old and tattered. When it got critical for us they did send out someone to fix the issues which went well. After it was finally together and took an extra half day of valuable business development time they right banner light didn't work which illuminates the banner. I brought up the issues with one of the Managers and she was defensive in that they came out and fixed the problem, so why was I complaining response, along with being dismissive and walked away. Bottom line is we will not do business with this company again.
