Dan sold our seemingly unsellable house TWICE!…read more We lived in a very unique home and were eager to move. A previous realtor had the listing for months with no interest/movement. We met Dan through a mutual friend and decided to give him a try. Dan was great. It was a little tough to hear the truth when it came to the changes we needed to make. But we made those changes and complete with Dan's marketing and reach...voila! The house sold. Those buyers backed out in the 11th hour. We panicked. No need. Dan found another buyer. All went through and we closed quickly. My husband gutted and rehabbed a home in 2008. Clearly, we did not foresee what was about to happen to the housing market. But Dan sold that home. It was the only home to sell in Libertyville that month. We have recommended Dan to friends and, honestly, complete strangers should a conversation strike about home buying and selling. All have been thrilled! We lean on Dan for any home advice and recommend him confidently!

Dan took our first phone call, asked all the right questions and ran with our wish list to help us find our new home. He was engaged, thoughtful, caring and - most importantly - never pushed us. As a seasoned professional his insight into the market, the team he brought with him (mortgage broker, attorney and staff) were available 16 hours a day and all weekend! The communication was over the top fantastic. Dan had a family vacation planned during our offer process and some negotiations. He asked us to work with his team member Mary who did not miss a beat! She made us feel as though we were her only client. Texts and calls at 9, 10 at night were not unusual. We never felt like they were put out! NEVER! We would highly recommend Dan, Mary and their entire team to guide you through your journey of homeownership whether it's your first time or 10th time purchasing a home! I promise you will not be disappointed!

They are extremely responsive, friendly, and proactive. We investigated a number of realtors before choosing Sarah Leonard team. We appreciated that Tori was energized, realistic, honest, and very detail oriented. She gave us the confidence that with the right amount of tender loving care that we could sell our place at the price we were hoping for. Also, even a week after we first talked to her, she still remembered our "one burned out light bulb" in the hallway and reminded us to replace it! This level of attention impressed us greatly. They have a network of providers that will do a great job at a reasonable cost for getting your place ready to sell. We used their preferred painter, carpet installer, carpet cleaning, window repair, and moving service. All did great work on schedule and for the right price! To top it off, our closing occurred in the middle of the pandemic when Naperville closed for business and so many other things shut down. They worked as a team, including the attorney which they recommended to us, to navigate around the challenges and we closed on schedule. Could not be happier with my experience!

Our original plan was…read moreto use one of the big home buying companies that say they handle all costs and close quickly. After a month of that company dragging their feet, we decided to list with Ron. He made the process super easy. As soon as my mother moved out, he arranged to remove anything we left behind. Once he listed the house we had over 15 showings in the first weekend with 5 offers over our asking price. We chose one of those offers and signed the contract within just a few days. Ultimately, we got about 40% more than we would have with the home buying company.

Jim Holder My wife…read moreand I moved from the west coast to the Northwest suburbs of Chicago - ready to buy a home. We knew a little about the area and our target price range. The one thing that struck me first about Jim was his knowledge of the area (even down to the specifics of houses that have sold in the area over 20+ years). While i'm not sure what kind of $$ agents make in helping people find rentals, he treated me like a million dollar client. He provided me with listings, offered his expert opinion on things i should be considering based on my needs, helped me to negotiate the terms of my lease so that my daughter could have pets in a non-pet friendly lease (my daughter thanks him). Not only was he thorough, but the follow up was priceless (no waiting for call backs, no unanswered questions). Jim will be on my list when i seek to purchase a home; he is extremely knowledgeable. thanks for helping me to find a lovely home for me and my daughter!!!
