Tutoring Club jumped right in and designed a program to get him back on track. My son just redid he SAT for the second time and he scored 300 points higher. Tutoring Club was the best decision we made fir our son. They offer quality tutoring and exceptional communication skills even throughout the pandemic. I highly recommend them for any tutoring needs, including upper level instruction."

After the director praised my son's grades and practice test scores, she was sure he would raise his score 100 pts. Well paying over $1500 and sending my son there for almost 3 months, I just got his June SAT score and it went DOWN 10pts. I don't know what happened, but my son's Creekside GPA is over a 4.2 and he DOES NOT struggle in school and he went to every tutoring session. I'm very upset and just want others to know that maybe the school tutoring helps most children, their SAT tutoring DID NOT help my son at all! Money and time wasted for sure. Very confused!

He shares refreshments at marketing events for Tutor Doctor, and he will introduce you to his family. If your car has trouble he'll give you a ride to meet customers, but he will do it begrudgingly. There is a good principle that states: Do a good deed without murmuring. It's implied: Don't do a good deed with murmuring or griping. A. Arango demonstrated a disrespectful lack of regard from the very first time I interviewed with him, and he did the exact same thing the last day that I worked with him. He deliberately took out his phone, began answering calls, and consistently checked for text messages. Asked me about what I could do, then interrupted to explain how unsurprised he is with all my abilities and that he could do a lot of what I can already, but would prefer to hire a tutor to do it. May you get what's coming to you for your careless conduct, Antonio Arango. Walk away from this man mid interview, and don't look back, especially of he starts repeatedly checking his phone, answering calls, and checking for texts. On my last day working he did not even compensate me for the time I spent traveling to a non responsive client's home. Yet another lack of regard for someone's time on Antonio's part. It's not worth the damage to your dignity, the hassle, and aggravation. I needed to verify employment for government assistance, and Arango agreed to generate a letter with specific details. He refused later to right the letter, involved the general manager, and she did not include the details. Another letter had to be rewritten, and the general manager had to be bothered on my account again. Arango does not do what he says he's going to do. Instead he carelessly communicates with the boss in a way that damages the employment relationship. What a lack of ethics! Human Resources had to be consulted before Arango would cooperate concerning this verifying letter. How disappointing and childish! What a demonstration of a lack of maturity! Arango consistently delivered my earnings late to me each and every pay cycle. By the way, pay cycles with this company are monthly so don't try to pay any bill or rent on time with this man at Tutor Doctor. Despite the numerous times I communicated my dissatisfaction with the late pay, Antonio made it clear that he was not going to be able to pay me on time ever. Arango is too cheap to participate in direct deposit, so he will go through the mail or PayPal. He needs someone or some kind of excuse to hide behind why he will not cooperate to pay you on time. Bless you, Arango! May you get what you deserve. Arango has more regard for people of a different socioeconomic status. It's best that you have a second job to rely on when dealing with him. He has more consideration for tutors with second jobs. You could fail at this job simply for not having enough money according to the company's policies that you sign on hire date. You, the Contractor, are expected to furnish any and all learning activities for your client, and Tutor Doctor contract/ policy does not sympathize with you only having one job that pays monthly. You could have a client that expects you to buy magnets, cookie sheets, ice molds, et cetera. How can you afford that if you don't get paid until next month, and you must use what you have to care for your person?! Quit this job if it is the only one you have. Invest in direct deposit to satisfy your contractors. Do what you say you are going to do when it comes to employment verification. Cooperate with the state and the Contractor, so that needs can be met. When your Contractor's needs are met then your clients can get the best version of the contractors. Don't waste a new hire's time in an interview. Turn your f***ing cell phone off or put it on silent. Pay contractors on time via check, PayPal, or direct deposit. Make sure the check arrives in the mail on time. Make sure there are no holds on funds in PayPal so the Contractor can access the funds ASAP. Substantially support the contractors by supplying them with materials needed to meet the educational needs of clients. Change your policies so that they a less condemning or foreboding of contractors that don't have money. Show more compassion to contractors, Arango! Be more understanding! Do not be so quick to terminate employment, Arango! Don't harass or bombard contractors with questions they don't have answers to yet! Give time for Contractors to be sure of the answer before terminating out of retaliation for complaining to HR about your unwillingness to cooperate.
