Transitioning from middle school to a rigorous college prep high school is challenging enough, but throw in a pandemic and it was simply too much for all of us. Tutoring Club St. Johns was amazing. I strongly recommend them if you want to help your student succeed. I have used other tutors for my older sons and this was by far our best experience. Kim took the time to really understand what specifically my son needed. The check-ins and the weekly tutoring helped my son develop strategies and habits that have resulted in better grades, more confidence, and less stress around getting his work done. I especially liked receiving the weekly emails summarizing progress, changes in grades, what he was doing well and areas for improvement. They not only tailored the tutoring to his SAT/ACT needs but were also available to tutor him in his high school classes throughout the school year, as needed.
