This is a follow up to my earlier review. I stopped in to see the manager. She is a kind, caring woman and really does understand "customer service". She is going to use my story as a tool in helping staff understand customer perception, I think things will improve there, I am willing to be open to their growth in this area and remain a customer. read more

I recently had a very pleasant experience at the Charodn branch. My husband and I have been banking here with our business needs for as long as we've lived in the county. I've recently left my position within his company as the payroll and bookkeeping lead, and my departure was seemless thanks to the young ladies at this branch and the one closest to our Mentor office. I can't recall her name, but there is a young lady that helped my husband who is hard of hearing due to medical issues in the past. She was very deliberate in her communication, repeated things as necessary, and was efficient and quick so he could get off his shaky legs. I believe she may have had hair of two colors, but he mostly remembered her smile. read more

This bank used to be excellent....but that was many many years ago. Now it is so poorly managed. Closes at 5pm on Fridays now which stinks for someone working a 9-5 as this used to be open a bit later so we could do banking. So now all that is left is Saturday mornings which let me tell you is a nightmare. Parking lot is always full to capacity and lines out the back for drive through. This Saturday was extra special as they only had two lines working through drive through (3-4 cars deep in each lane) and ONE poor girl working both lines. Horrible. read more
