I've recently left my position within his company as the payroll and bookkeeping lead, and my departure was seemless thanks to the young ladies at this branch and the one closest to our Mentor office. I can't recall her name, but there is a young lady that helped my husband who is hard of hearing due to medical issues in the past. She was very deliberate in her communication, repeated things as necessary, and was efficient and quick so he could get off his shaky legs. I believe she may have had hair of two colors, but he mostly remembered her smile.

I deposited into the ATM one evening, a dirct deposit went in at midnight the same night and a check came in. I was than charged this outragious amount. I will be closing my account.
