The best thing is if you are the owener of the properties, you will be afraid of the tenants who is not taking care of your place and leave a lot of problems behind it. Chris and Heidi's company is different. They have a very strict legal check lists for the tenants who signs up before they move in. The tenants has to follow the rules. If they don't, they lose their deposit. If the tenant fails to pay for the rent, Chris will go after so I can keep deinking martinis at home. I still remembers my property was in big trouble. Flooded!!!! Chris and Heidi went at the 2 am in the morning to assist tenant's. I did not get a call until 10 am in the morning. They cleaned up what they think they need to do and I did not have to pay anything. I could not believe it!. I am very thankful for them to take care my properties and I want to promote to other properties owners how great to have them. We also have a lot of weather dramas in Texas for flood, deep freeze and torrential rains, but I must to tell you. Chris and Heidi are the best people who can take care and I do not worry about anything. Chris and Heidi cares about my wallet always. How to not spend money on repairing. Thank you so much. I hired a bad lemon handyman to do some major remodeling which I didn't need. As a turned out this handyman kept begging money and not finish remodeling after 2months pass by. It was not even close and I didn't know what to do with this handyman. I had to start paying my own for electricities other stuff I didn't know what to expect when there is a problem like this. Then I called clear direction property I thought they were just the property management who just manage to collect rent and find goof tenants. As it turned out after I had a powerful agreement with Chris, he started going to my property and evict the handyman who weren't working and it was just a nightmare over there I didn't know how to response with this handyman but Chris gave enough time for the handyman to do his job at the property and he couldn't. So he got kicked out of my property. It was not even close to finish and it was not rentable. Then Chris and Heidi spent 8 hours a day 7 days a week to get my place ready to rent. He has great vender crew who worked my duplex to fix where the handyman left out. I don't think no other property management will do this. The amazing thing was Chris wasn't charging me for his Valuable time to spend full time at my property before it was a rentable we're not talking she wasn't even finding tenants stage yet. After he posted my place on the ads, it was less than a month to get the two tenants in the difficult months like January and February. Even after I got the tenants, they take care of my place for everything. They check up on my place in regular basis, winter house check to make sure the water pipe does freeze. Chris is looking after for me to get good deals if I need to replace stuff. I'm a flight attendant I'm gone all the time because I have him taking care my duplex, so I'm in peaceful mind to go to work. Thank you for the above beyond service. Without the clear direction property I didn't survive.

This is their first investment home they are leasing and I am their first tenant. I have an 18 month lease at $1,875 per month. No children, just myself and my 11 year old retired search and rescue federally licensed dog. I used a real estate agent that brokered this lease. They were informed and pre approved my service dog and myself on this lease. Crista and Nick Matthews have refused to make critical and necessary repairs to this home. They purchased it, slapped an awful coat of paint without cleaning anything, because now all the paint is peeling. There is mold, filthy air vents that blow chunk of filth out when the AC/Heat system is in use. Both toilets run constantly and leak. They also are not attached to the floor as they are required to be. All of the parts in the toilets are rotted, rusted and deteriorated. The propane fireplace has never worked and was not even inspected by these licensed real estate agents and they refuse to make ANY repairs. The front and back yard are complete mud pits. There is not grass. I leased this on 12/22/22 and did not expect to see grass in the winter, but did expect to see it in the spring. I have personally paid Tru Green and Integra Lawn to to inspect and even start treating the lawn to get it healthy. I did not ask for this money back. I just paid it because I like to live in a nice home. I did ask Nick Mathews if he would split the annual cost of lawn care with me and he turned that down because he and his wife do not intend to invest any money into this property, but high quality, reliable, responsible and on time paying tenant such as myself. I got absolutely no where with them or c21 where Crista Mathews is a real estate agent and therefore wrote a review, like this one. Their natural response was not to get in touch with me as I requested many times in writing via email with them. Instead their natural choice was to send me a 3 day eviction notice claiming my se4rvice dog is not authorized to be at this house. If this is how Nick Mathews of B Realty Joshua, TX & Crista Mathews of C@! Judge Fite Burleson, TX treats a home they own and their tenant how do you think they would treat your home where they have no vested interest and non commitment. They will lie, cheat, steal and neglect your home faster than they have done to their own. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NICK MATTEWS OF B REALTY OR CRISTA MATTHEWS OF C21 JUDGE FITE REALTY!!! I have an attorney and am now suing them and breaking my lease for landlord harassment, refusal to make critical repairs, unsafe/unsanitary conditions in the home, and much more that will not be listed here, but is in my lawsuit.
