Kay Vern has been a huge help with our search for home or lot in Granbury. She patiently took us…read morethrough 11 homes that we asked to see in one day and she was willing to continue to look at lots after that, but we called it a day. While viewing the homes it was apparent she was looking after our best interest the way she pointed out things about each house. Unfortunately after narrowing it down to two houses, we got cold feet and didn't extend an offer. Kay was supportive and encouraging about our decision, not pressuring us or making us feel guilty. When the time is right and we're better prepared, we'll be calling Kay to help with the purchase of our dream home to retire in!

He quickly found comps for what's been a difficult property to secure comps for, recruited a potential buyer, and connected us to a real estate appraiser who we hired. In the end, my partner and I decided to refinance the loan, rather than sell. Had we sold, we would have gone with David. I highly recommend, and have recommended to friends.

I want to start off by saying that this is not our first home purchase. We've gone through the…read moretedious process that is finding our ideal home a couple times. I felt the need to write a review giving our realtor Danielle Wallace the kudos she deserved. For anyone looking to purchase a home for the first time or someone looking for a change, I would highly recommend Danielle. She actually cares about her clients. It's not an act, not someone just trying to get a sale and a paycheck. This agent works with you every step of the way and anytime I had a question, she was quick to help. I made what my spouse thought unreasonable requests (a double sided fireplace). Danielle wrote down our wish list and went to work. Before I knew it, I received a call from Danielle with a number of homes with every one of my wants within my price range. We didn't go with the first several homes we saw and perhaps we were difficult, but the entire journey Danielle worked with us. She is very knowledgeable. She worked around and sometimes with (lol) our young children without any judgement or annoyance. I realize our city is full of realtors and most are amazing, but Danielle really stands out. All of the things a home buyer should look at during a showing can be overwhelming. Danielle doesn't push, she points out the areas of interests and perhaps some items we ignored. During our closing, Danielle scheduled a time that worked for us and then sat with us during the many signatures and initials. I found myself looking to Danielle for additional information. Like I said, every step of the way. I really hope that if you're reading this because you need a realtor, you consider working with Danielle.

She was always very responsive to calls and messages. Dennis Miller was very patient, detailed and responsive in providing technical support during sales process. From the first telephone call about selling my home he outlined the sales process, i.e. what to expect, time line for selling, and money matters pertaining to sales. We were dealing with multiple real estate issues in sales, purchasing and processes during this time. The Miller Team separated the issues and keep us focused on the main issue.. Selling the property. They explained in simple and understandable terms the technical aspects of selling the property. The Miller Team did a great job. This is the second time hiring them to purchase or sell property. We have also, retained their real estate team expertise a third time; this time to purchase a new home

But working with the Miller Group this has been one of the most pleasant process of a major life decision we have ever been through. Lana - Did an awesome job of making sure we were up to date on closing dates, and paperwork tht was needed. Thanks for your help!!!! Dennis & Melinda - From the first date we met, your direct question was simple. What do you expect from us as your realtors. Thought long & hard on how to respond and I said, "just professionalism and timely." Well you saw my answer and over delivered. Not only did we get complete professionalism and timely closing on our house. We got the Family treatment, even though you were not handling our search personally you checked in to see how everything was going a few times a week during the process. That was more than appreciated. Finally, when we though it was time to move on after dealing with the first lender longer then we expected and then getting denied. You made one phone call that put us in the house we wanted. You went the extra mile that for sure. Thank you, Sincerely the Watkins Family! Calina - My Wife and I seen a Glow about you from the first time we met. We love to be around successful goal oriented people. And we said to each other yea she's going to find us a great home to live in. Initially I personally was not to happy about the search. As a matter of fact, I told you I didn't want to look at any houses to let my wife choose. You laughed it off and said I will work around your schedule and make sure the process won't be bad. Sure, enough you had the entire family looking at homes and making out choice. During the Search you was able to walk us through the homes good vs bad quality based on what we were looking for. Your education about the homes help us decided exactly what we wanted, and you went out and found it for us. With other agents I have dealt with. It was like home here look around see if you like it move on. While working with you it was like shopping for a home with family. You made the process enjoyable. MY Wife and I intend on purchasing several more homes and get involved in real-estate. One thing that is for sure is we will be using only the Miller Group for the rest of our days and pass the relationship on to our kids and family members for generations to come. Thank you So so so Much The Watkins Family.
