Make sure to discuss with them that they will provide all bags and protective gear for their workers from the start (they were a little unprepared at the beginning). That being said!!! ... these guys got a hefty full house junk removal job done for a fair price with an active bedbug infestation (I couldn't treat the house before it was substantially emptied). Even when he realized the work was a little more than he earlier anticipated (we walked the house together before on agreeing to a price) he didn't try to renegotiate or walk away. He asked for modest and fair progress payments along the way to pay for his dump fees and worked hard with a crew over several days, late into the night to meet his deadline. The crew was generally very respectful and even set aside items they thought has particular meaning or value for me to inspect (when they found hand drawings or jewelry for example). Would recommend these guys for sure if you're willing to be involved to some degree.
