My dog enjoys running around for a few minutes. During the weekdays, it's usually empty, but there are often people there at night and on weekends. It's a great place for a young family.

There is basically 4 different areas in this park - a small dog area, 2 large dog areas and a short wooded path that you can walk on with your dog. Sometimes I've been here where they close half the larger dog area, I'm not sure why this is. In the parking lot, there is a port-a-john for us humans, and trash can/doggie bags for the pups. Everyone seems to be really responsible here with their dog which is a major benefit. Some cons: - can be muddy after rain - no trash cans or bags provided inside the park area, only before you enter the park - sometimes they close half the park (I don't know why this is?) - limited seating/benches for humans

The playground area has a lot of different apparatus, rubber ground cover and benches. Fully equiped reatrooms can be found in lot 4. Lastly, the park has a dog park. The dog park has a section for small dogs, 2 sections for large dogs, and short wooded area with a path. The dog park is completely fenced in, well maintained, clean and spacious. There are obstacle courses, as well. The drawback is the grass and dirt areas after wet weather. Additionally, there are no trash containers in the fenced in areas. Bring water for your dog

Add a parent I really appreciated that it wasn't too crowded on a Sunday morning and all of the children there were patient and well behaved. Since it's a bit further away we won't be there daily but will certainly make the 20 minute trip again!

A word of advice to doggy parents that haven't been to a dog park before: let your dog off the leash and run around. There was one family that brought their dog and wouldn't let the dog off the leash. Then the dog was getting all sorts of defensive at other dogs that were just coming up to play, and it was causing all sorts of problems. The dog on the leash felt restricted and so he started getting really angry at the other dogs. He kind of ruined the party and a lot of us left after he got there. Bring your own water because they don't have a water source. Dogs of all sizes were there. Turbo had a blast!!

We used Google Maps to find this bark park and it was the hardest thing to find. It led us to some business parking lot and eventually read reviews on here for guidance. Recommend putting in KoKo or Santander Bank that's right next to Assi Plaza then driving all the way back to the last parking lot. You should be able to see the bark park entrance once there. There's two sections separated by large and small dogs. The grass surrounding the areas aren't maintained well but once inside the park, it's fine. My pup went into the small area and no one was there which we liked since the big area had a couple of big dogs which the parents weren't really paying attention to. Definitely prefer Knapp Road bark park better but not bad to come here while it's temporarily closed

Her dog did his business on the grass. The lady picked it up and threw it in the dumpster. Without realizing it, she also threw her keys in. She tied the dog to the dumpster. She had to jump in to get them. She was covered in poo and bitten by bees and flies were all over her. She couldn't get back out. Finally after a long while, a man was walking by and helped her out.

My only issue is that in the large dog park it gets extremely muddy by the front gate, so just make sure you don't fall since it can be very slippery. Overall nice.
