The office is truly a family-owned business and a rare find in the commercialized care you find around Tucson. Appointments are timely and quick but thorough and specific to your needs. Dr Scott takes time to listen and adjust as necessary. I've been to many chiropractors, and I find his care very different. When you walk into the office, you're greeted by his front staff and wife, all very friendly. Like small dogs? He has his two Yorkies come in, as well. A really unique but comfortable office experience. They work directly with insurance and don't make you jump through hoops. Definitely recommend their services.

I said 2, he says and writes down "8" even though he clearly heard me say 2. Same for his pain-level assessments. So it seemed like a major insurance scam clinic that partners with personal injury attorneys to bankroll themselves. Furthermore, Dr. Molden attempted to adjust me when I had specifically declined consent to be adjusted in writing! And their "physical therapist" was watching the TV the full time, and suggested just 3 exercises that would likely increase my whiplash injury vs. help it. Finally, Dr. Molden specifically told me, "Whatever you do, don't do any of these..." and motioned to me the T, W, Y arm exercises that are common for whiplash recovery. Due to all of the above, I feared the "care" here would leave me more injured, so I took my recovery elsewhere - to a real physical therapist that wasn't out to derail my recovery or realign my spine without my consent.

I just used up my third massage with the Groupon deal, and I will definitely be back! We have built up a rapport, and I really jive with his style. His massages are in a relaxing environment, and sometimes he will play "spa" music, but, this is NOT your traditional spa experience! The name of his practice is medical touch - and that is what you get. He is extremely detail oriented and knows how to hit all of your knots - even the ones you didn't know you had. He's really into the knowledge he has, so I like to ask questions during my session about what is going on muscularly. My first massage with him was like a miracle. I'm a cyclist, hiker, yoga-goer and part-time runner, so I just have built up tightness all over with little reprieve. I told him my shoulders and hamstrings needed work and BAM - I felt relief the moment I got off the table. My next morning on the bike, I felt like I was given new legs. My second massage was more relaxation-focused; I hadn't built up the knots, but he did do a scan of my body to find anything to work out.
