Said they couldn't give me an exchange on an injector because the solenoid shade looks different…read moreeven though mine is the same shade of color on their picture. They are remanufactured and will sometimes reuse old solenoids even tho the part picture shows the older dark ones and not the new ones. I called around to see if I could find a store with the older solenoids, and the store out in 4801 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515 still has one of the black ones not yellow. Waiting for my case to be resolved so I can come back for an exchange once they figure out it is in fact their part. I've been having a lots of problems getting faulty injectors from Advanced Auto I've also been through 2 HPOPs within a year before from them and decided to go online and pay extra for an Adrenaline HPOP for my 7.3, and so far so good. I'm very busy running a very successful business, and now I have no way of commuting until my case is resolved. Advanced Auto you have really let me down yet again, and did a frequent customer dirty. Never buying parts from Advanced Auto ever again!

I went in for some oil that was on sale and was being despondent and avoiding help but the two men…read moreworking there checked on me anyway a few minutes later and answered some questions for me, found a free part that was included in my purchase, and even came out to give me a paper towel after seeing that I was topping off my oil without one. Just old fashioned decent people working there as of this writing. You have to love when you won't shop somewhere else not because their service is bad, but because the other guys have just earned it.
