Just old fashioned decent people working there as of this writing. You have to love when you won't shop somewhere else not because their service is bad, but because the other guys have just earned it.

Will update this after my complaints are filed and resolved with The F.T.C. & Attorney General. Possible lawsuit forthcoming. I suggest people educate themselves of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Your state also has many other consumer protections for when a car dealer may be misinforming you of your rights.
