He is a water dog and loved every moment of his therapy and the staff just loved him! He gets ear infections 1-2 times a year because he loves water so much. Whenever we go hiking he jumps into lakes, streams, etc. His most recent ear infection was from swimming in the ocean. My female dog has a lot of anxiety because she was taken away from her mama as a newborn, thrown into a pound, and a rescue got her the day before she was about to be killed, treated her for Parvo and was quarantined for a month. We got her at 4 months old and worked really hard so that she can so could overcome so many fears. The vet and staff are really gentle and understanding of her needs. I recently needed help clipping her nails because she is so strong and wiggles too much. My husband holds her while I try to clip but she cries and is extremely flexible and it's just too hard now. For some reason she now needs anal gland extractions every 2-3 months. This vet office offers a wellness plan and it's worth every penny! This includes one dental cleaning per year, bloodwork for heart worm, a number of nail clippings, anal glad extractions, and all of these services do not require a copayment. There is a co-pay for sick visits and it recently went up to $20. Medication is slightly discounted or they have no problem letting me use Chewy. The plan pays for itself because a dental cleaning alone at my old vet is as much as my entire wellness plan! My dogs have received their annual teeth cleanings without any complications. The staff is friendly and professional and always text me after a visit to see how my dogs are doing. I highly recommend this veterinary establishment!

Truely some of the most uneducated people I have talked to in my life. The techs cant even take a temperature correctly and will literally fake a beep to make it sound like they got something. When you call them out for it they act like you just kicked their new born baby and get defensive as if you didn't just watch them fake a beep This office also gave us incorrect medical advice over the phone and which resulted in us having to pay more to get our dog back on track and then refused to correctly compensate us. When trying to explain to them that all they needed to cover was what they incorrectly advised us and nothing more I danced in a circle for several minutes and got no where. The office manager Rachell said she would need to talk to the owner to see what kind of compensation they would provide but then kept baby feeding me different ways they could compensate us that didn't really equate to much. It just got me curious how she said she needed approval from the owner but then proceeded to try to talk me into some deals. It makes me feel like this location is full of C-list business majors instead of actual vets and vet techs. Morale of the story I would be careful with this office as the average staff member at this location could be sitting in a room alone and still wouldn't be the smartest person in that room.

I also got a puppy last year and knew I wanted her to be seen at Topaz as their treatment of my pets has been outstanding. My puppy loves their vet techs and Dr. Ferrari, and their approach to treatment has always been beneficial and understanding of constraints. Never have I seen a dog so excited to go to the veterinarian! Overall, I highly recommend them to all pet owners. What a wonderful team!

My bulldog Wally just had a mass removed from his paw which was completely removed and fortunately turned out to be benign. Wally picked up a bug from being in boarding at a Gilbert pet "resort" a few years ago and became extremely ill, at Alma School Hospital they quickly made an accurate diagnosis, prescribed the right meds and Wally recovered fully. He is 11 years old, quite old for a English Bulldog and thanks to these doctors hes doing great.

However she keeps repeating that is going to be $300... okay After the test was done, I was told the doctor would call me little later that day -but never heard from anyone. I reached out multiple times, leaving notes, but no one got back to me. Six days later, I decided to drive to the clinic just to get any kind of answer.. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially when I was trying to make sure Simon gets the care he needs. I really wish the new doctor would have taken the time to know my pets names and shown more consideration for our long-standing relationship with the clinic. .. I was there 2 days before with my other dog Charlie... and two days later doctor dont even know or care who I was... My cats are only indoors, so we skip a lot of the testing that cats need when they're out in the world. I've always felt supported when I've opted out of something. When there has been an emergency, even when there's no appointment available, they've had me drop off my kitty so that they can see her between appointments. I really appreciate that!
