Full scoop of each the signature factory tasted like an average chicken salad nothing special while the creamy cilantro avocado had more avocado and bland chicken taste to it than anything i couldn't taste any cilantro and it needs to be seasoned my wife ordered a famous Waldorf chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread but I don't know how that ended up for her as we picked up and I brought mine home and she had hers at work. Very fresh and tons of choices. They offer lots of flavors on chicken salad and soups. I did sample a few flavors and finally picked. You have to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
