I believe it is from some small private brewery affiliated with the restaurant somehow. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right, so definitely order the house beer. I wished they offered a larger paper wrapper. There was no seating, so you have to eat it while walking on the street like a savage or pick one of the dirty street benches out front to camp out at. Dürüm is neater and more portable, so you might consider that option if you're self-conscious.
