About an hour goes by I reach out to ask if they were still coming she says yes they got held up at Lowe's and will be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by I start to call to cancel the appointment but saw them pulling in my drive way. The wife came in greeted me & appeared apologetic the husband "handyman" stood behind very stand off & seemingly annoyed. He came in my home I extended my hand and he was reluctant. Brushed it off showed them upstairs to the office and kids bedroom and what I needed done. I asked how long the service would take. Initially we agreed on 2-3 hours now it was 4-5 hours and they we're over an hour late. When I challenged the timeframe, the husband then abruptly blurted out "I don't need this!" Instructed his wife to grab his tools & I followed them out of my home. I felt very uncomfortable with them in my home esp the husband. He seem very unhinged & I smelled alcohol on him as he was leaving. They also left my office a mess. Don't leave ANYTHING to weaver!

I knew exactly what I had wanted since I had already ordered a small bag of the rock from Amazon. Walking into the store there was a man sitting next to the door on a computer and a lady across the room on another computer. The man suggested we take a look outside since the rocks look different depending on if they are wet or dry. I did not see exactly what I was looking for outside. Returning into the store the lady at the other computer and I were having a conversation. When I turned around there were shelves with boxes that had different styles of stones in them. I had found my stone. It matched exactly what I had at home. I ordered it paid in full delivery was also paid in full. Unfortunately, what was delivered was not what I had chosen. The delivery man called the store; he spoke to a man (not sure if it was the same man we ordered from). So, I got on the phone explained the entire story and was told that's what I had ordered. He gave me the name and size of the rock that had been delivered. Again, I told him it was not the stone I personally handed to him while in the store, The man totally shrugged me off and said '"I don't know what to tell you, it's already delivered". I asked if I could get some of the original rock, I selected to go on top of the wrong stone to cover it. His reply was "yes, but it would be expensive". Hmmm that's the customer service??? Really??? I am disheartened and disappointed! So, the moral of my experience is: before a stone drops on your property go out to the truck and check it. Maybe you will have better luck then I did. I'm still very upset. Really cannot believe there was no reconciliation of receiving the wrong stone. Money wasted.

The negative reviews left for me were left by local competitors and not by any of my customers. People in these reviews said that I didn't complete work that they couldn't get a hold of me and my address is fake is all a lie. When I first signed up to Yelp when I started my business a few years after that one real customer left a review about a housewash and none of my real customers have ever left another review on Yelp after that. I ask all my customers if they'd like to leave a review for me to leave it on my business page on Google reviews. I take pictures of every job that I do because many of the customers I work for are not home during the day when I do the work that ensures them that the work is being done properly. The two people from the same company that left those negative reviews are no longer in business which is a real shocker. I have been in business going on 15 years and I am a one-man operation and I go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of my customers I take pictures of all my work and all my work is guaranteed. If you feel like getting ripped off and the need to throw away some money, this is your guy…read more I hired this man to fix a leaky gutter joint and clean the gutters. He came and did not work with the leaky joint, I asked him how did he clean the gutters since I noticed he had no tools, and he claimed he cleared the debris with his hands, although I did not see any debris on the ground. I called him to let him know that the joint was leaking without any change, he admitted he did not get to the joint and that he would come over to fix the problem, after three weeks of not coming to fix the problem I started calling Bill, initially hanging the phone and after that he would not even answer the calls. Eventually he texted me claiming I was harassing him, and would report me to the police, since he "knew the law and his daughter works with the police". Eventually he came to "fix" the issue, which as you can imagine didn't work at all. After that I called a reputable contractor, who fixed the issue and showed me the gutters completely clogged with debris.

Excellent company to work with and we're lucky we chose Lehigh Gap for our new roof. Cory was…read morepleasant, informative, and helpful when gathering information needed to provide the initial estimate. He was able to update that estimate to include new gutters when I inquired a few days later. When we decided to move forward, scheduling the work was easy and Julie kept in contact when weather delayed the initial start. The crew worked late trying to complete the roof by the end of Friday as planned, but when unforeseen complexities necessitated an additional day of work, they came out early Saturday to complete the job without any impact to the quoted price. Cleanup was handled well both after the roof was done and a few days later after the new gutters were installed. Julie followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory and was very helpful in addressing a few questions I had immediately afterward. A few months after having the new roof installed, I noticed water coming in the attic around the chimney during some heavy rains. I reached out to Julie for help and very quickly she had Chris come out to investigate. He redid some of the flashing around the chimney but I was still getting water inside after his first visit. I stayed in contact to let Julie know and she again had Chris out quickly to completely redo the flashing and seal around the chimney. When water was still coming in, Steve came out to investigate further and found defects within the chimney flue were the root cause. At this point, where Lehigh Gap could've claimed no further responsibility and left me to figure out how to address the issues with the chimney myself, Steve instead let me know he was beginning to partner with a local masonry company to address situations like this as they've become more and more common. Steve sourced the appropriate chimney caps and a brick chimney sealant through his partner and was out the next week to install the caps and apply the chimney seal. Through this entire time, everyone that worked with me was so pleasant and conveyed an earnest interest in resolving the issue. It's stressful having issues after such a big investment, but everyone was so understanding and at no point did they make me feel like I was annoying or pestering (though I'm sure nobody was thrilled to hear me calling after each bout of heavy rain!) I am so thankful and frankly blown away that Lehigh Gap worked to resolve this after they identified the chimney was the root cause, and not the roof or the work they did. I don't think any other company I might have chosen for my new roof would have been so tenacious in ensuring my satisfaction and connecting me to solutions well beyond my expectations and the initial scope of work. Thank you to everyone at Lehigh Gap Seamless Gutter! I cannot recommend highly enough!
