Our first night, I had the squash soup to start which was outstanding, with a really nice depth of flavor. I followed that with the Crab ravioli which certainly lived up to the hype! Each ravioli encases an impressive amount of crab meat and the accompanying cream sauce makes for a truly divine main. My second night, I started with the ceviche and followed with the braised beef with pumpkin gnocchi, which were both very good, although out of everything I ordered, the crab ravioli reigned supreme. Before we can even decide on an appetizer, we were greeted with freshly warm biscuits that were stuffed with caramelized onions and a cone of tuna Crudo (on the house!). Pro Tip: Request a taste of several wines, including the regional Carmanere (originating from France, but rediscovered in Chile). Camilo provided us with exceptional service and even surprised us with a parting gift! It was a pleasure getting to know him and hope to cross paths with him in the future.
