When I started, I had the odd request of having my coach be involved in my care. It was something that hadn't been done before, but she made the necessary arrangements & I am truly grateful to have that continuity of care. Jackie has pushed me to tackle some challenging movements that I didn't think were ever going to be possible with the extent of my injury. Since starting with Jackie, I've had so many firsts- I was able to complete my first ever squat snatch after years of training; lunges & am slowly working toward box jumps. I even found the confidence to sign up for my first weightlifting competition, because my knee feels THAT good. That is unique in the industry. I've found that their diagnostic skills are spot on, and they work to accommodate different levels rather than a one size fits all plan.
