They are two of the most friendly, professional & personable people I have met, besides my PT, Jackie! Jackie has made this experience something I look forward to & actually enjoy. When I started, I had the odd request of having my coach be involved in my care. It was something that hadn't been done before, but she made the necessary arrangements & I am truly grateful to have that continuity of care. Jackie has pushed me to tackle some challenging movements that I didn't think were ever going to be possible with the extent of my injury. Since starting with Jackie, I've had so many firsts- I was able to complete my first ever squat snatch after years of training; lunges & am slowly working toward box jumps. The main therapist that works w Yolanda is Judy, and she is so professional and unbelievably versed in every aspect of PT. Her knowledge is expensive !!! I go every other week to see Gino and sometimes Chuck if Gino is unavailable. What I love about Gino is that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and is able to use his knowledge to customize my massages to relieve any pain I'm having. I have a very high pain tolerance and it's been difficult for me to find a masseuse who can really work on me with enough pressure. Gino has gone above and beyond my expectations and has really helped to get my body to it's highest athletic potential. The girls at the front desk are also amazing! My schedule can vary and change often, and they have been wonderful in booking and rebooking my appointments for me. The overall cleanliness, atmosphere, and customer service is what really sold me (and of course Gino). I have my husband come here as well and I am also about to buy a handful of gift cards for co-workers. If you're not already going here you're missing out! Got confirmation texts and emails. Went to my appointment and found out it had been canceled! "You didn't receive a call?" Nope! Apparently they've been trying to still bill me for my membership and since the credit card they have is void, I have a back bill to pay before they'll book an appointment. Ridiculous! I've been working with George, one of their prosthetic wizards. He fixed me up in no time with a VERY comfortable BK carbon fiber leg which I love. My amputation was less than two years ago, yet I have been backpacking, hunting and working a heavy schedule. I feel great, and I have these fine people to thank.
