After having Action Irrigation come out to do repairs and replace a timer earlier in the year they…read more"finished" the job and left the pipes exposed. I had to cover them with a brick. They billed $1100 and overcharged ($500) for a timer and three solenoids after having a long conversation about not using an expensive timer. A simple Google search revealed the parts should have cost $200 at most. When called back out to repair a leak on the exposed pipes they dug this hole and said they couldn't do the repair today. They claimed that the damage was done by the landscaper which happened to be me. They gave me no time for scheduling on the repair and left the hole as is. The next day when I called to ask when they would be coming back the owner told me "soon." I pressed the matter and got "next week" after being talked over repeatedly which got me upset. Finally he said they would come on Monday but wouldn't come back before that to fill in the hole they left behind. Because I expressed my disappointment (I admittedly lost my cool at this point) and did curse once, he then refused to come back to do the job. When the owner said he would not come back I hung up the phone. Then the owner texted me with an offer to fill in the hole after he refused to finish the job. I texted back saying no and "good luck with your business." The owner then texted me back with further insults and I blocked his number. In ten years of being an HOA president I have never had a business do such a poor job and be so unwilling to do basic safety protocols. To be clear: All I asked for was to have a schedule and to come back that day to fill the hazardous hole Action Irrigation left behind. I cursed once (f'ing) and was never directed at the owner. My ire was justified by the overcharging, lack of responsibility, poor work, and the fact that I had to pull teeth to get an actual date for the return to perform repairs. We had a house built in Ashland and moved in with only dirt and rocks in our backyard. We had a limited budget for implementing a design by a local landscape architect. After attempting to implement on our own, we contacted Andrew and worked with him to narrow down a list of improvements that fit in our budget and left us with a manageable amount of work to do on our own. I liked how Andrew gave us estimates for everything we could implement for our plan and then we could pick through the items. Ultimately Banyan Tree dug and brought in irrigation lines, setup a 4 zone watering system with connection points, built gravel paths with steel edging, setup a microspray system for our garden boxes, and seeded a lawn. His crew was great and went the extra mile to improve our yard when an unexpected issue came up. At some point later, one of our sprinklers busted and Andrew came in and fixed it as part of his warranty.

I hired Ahisar to correct some problems with a prior irrigation installation explaining to him of…read morethe bad experiences I had, he assured me that he wasn't like that. All went well except the center row of sprinklers in the backyard were only spraying about a foot in diameter. Sent a video. He came out quickly and made an adjustment to the pressure. It has to run 5 minutes or so before it would reduce to the 1 foot diameter and he wasn't willing to wait to see and Saud to contact him with any further problems. It continued to happen and I sent him several more videos on the following weeks asking for help. He didn't come out even when he said he would. I sent another video this morning 7/27/23. He called me back and said he could come out tonight at 6 but it would cost me. I said it shouldn't it hasn't worked since it was installed, he continued to argue with me, I was wrong, it was working fine. I hung up the phone. So disappointed, big dead patch in my lawn. I contacted him another time after i was notified by Medford water that my bill skyrocketed, he said he would come out but did not show.
