The coffee is what keeps me coming back. they roast their own and is so superior to the big chains (which have been going downhill) it amazes me that people still go there. The new rewards program is about twice as generous as the large chains, who have drastically reduced their rewards In the last 2 years. Dunn Bros has a customer in me for as long as I live in this area.

As I was trying to choose from their plentiful offerings, a guy was on his way out with an armload of what I learned were the Soha's Tiger Milky which he knowingly and passionately recommended to me. I went with it and was not in the slightest bit disappointed. That's exactly the kind of dessert drink I was hoping for, and the size of it for that price makes it a great deal. I also got a cream cheese danish which had a really satisfactory amount of cream cheese. But there are tons of other things on this menu I want to try. They make their own Dubai chocolate and baklava, and they do açaí bowls, Vietnamese coffee, matcha, and a variety of smoothies and lemonades. Everything is priced much more reasonably than what I see in the cities. The dining area is clean, tidy, uncrowded, and pleasantly decorated for a strip mall space, and the barista was really friendly and helpful. They are available on Uber Eats and Doordash so you can order ahead or send out for them. They are open every day until at least 6pm (7pm on Saturday and Sunday). It's a cute place in a strip mall, on the border of Hugo and Lino Lakes. There's a huge menu and I was super intrigued with the milk tea options and the matcha, but my niece wanted us all to get slushies-so, of course, I did. I settled on the strawberry kiwi which was good, but sweet. Mom got the watermelon and it was really, really good. There's ample parking. The servers are nice. The thing about a caffeine addict like myself is that I'm not the perkiest person when I'm picking up my first coffee of the day and about to head to a job I hate, so when I take a sip and I don't taste what I was expecting and hoping for, I might have a bad reaction and take to Yelp in the heat of the moment to voice my disappointment. I left a poor review. But after thinking about it, I concluded that the occasional mistake in drink preparation does not warrant such a review. Over all this Caribou is solid. I've had plenty of delicious lattes...especially the MAPLE flavor lattes I enjoyed. The bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheddar is delicious and keeps me full until lunchtime. And most importantly I think their management and employees really care and are trying their very best to please customers.

Within two days there corporate office called me back and said they watched the video and called me a liar that there must have been something wrong with my 3 year old car and it's not their fault.
