The root canal took an hour during which I felt zero pain. YEAH! I was given detailed instructions concerning what to take when the numbing wore off, what to watch for and how to take care of the temporary filling until the permanent one could be done. (FYI, they do a temporary so that if there is a problem, they don't have to remove a permanent filling to address the problem) They told me to wait for 2 weeks to get the permanent fill, but I have to wait 3 weeks due to the possibility of jury duty during week 2. My procedure was with Dr Tiboris. He has a WONDERFUL personality and made me feel comfortable from the moment that I met him.  He was talking me through the entire procedure as he was working, which was different and surprisingly comforting.  I had a very difficult extraction that left me with minimal discomfort.  He made sure that I had all of the information for after care and even called from his cell later that day to check on me.  He told me to call him on his personal cell if I had any issues or concerns.  You can tell that he is EXCELLENT at what he does and he genuinely cares for his patients!!  I very highly recommend him!

She was extremely inconsiderate and stopped responding to me although I kept her updated throughout the whole process. She also told the State of Wisconsin that I wasn't contacting her, which is not true. I have text records showing I contacted her repeatedly, including messages asking her to mail the gift card, which she never did. I have documentation of everything and have since reported the matter and opened a case with the state of Wisconsin that has been ongoing since February of this year and is now officially closed as of Sept. 2026. I would ask for same day pay if I were you doing a working interview for this practice.

Everyone is very professional and pleasant to talk to, the facility is clean and beautiful, there are TV's in each dental station where I can watch HGTV or some other show while getting work done, and there is a small play area where little ones am be entertained while I parent gets their work done too! I switched dentists due to my last dentist having a HORRIBLE…read more "bedside manner". It's always a risk when going to a new Dr. However, from entering the office, I felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! I was having tooth pain and she not only made me feel like she cared but that she was going to get my problem taken care of. The solution was a root canal in a tooth that wasn't even hurting. I found it hard to believe but it was true! She explained why that happens and when I got that tooth taken care of...my pain was gone! She is friendly, caring and KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING! My husband and (grown) daughter switched over to her as well and we are all very happy we did!
