From the very outset, Eva Davis (and her assistant, James - as well as the rest of their crew) were unbelievably accommodating, making sure that we were perfectly satisfied with the choice of counter and when it would be installed. (The latter was a major key to the success our kitchen was having other items redone - on top of which our building was undergoing major renovations as well.) Due to unforeseen (construction) circumstances, the installation date had to be changed and Eva & company kindly and courteously moved it to meet our needs. Eva sent a very meticulous installer to our condo beforehand to measure and make a full-size wood-rib pattern to make sure the countertop could be cut to our specifications and fit into the smallish elevator! When the day of installation arrived, a very hard-working crew struggled a bit with the more than 800 pound countertop (two pieces), but managed to install it very efficiently. Their trim work was great...and the final outcome was as beautiful as we imagined. We could not be happier with the selection of granite, the care taken to meet our every need, and the courtesy extended each step of the way.

At first I was skeptical and I did want to have a realtor to help sell my home because I was not in the local area. A realtor would just make things simpler. But anyway, I still decided to give them a call. I ended up making contact with William Mcclelland, a representative for GCHB. He was able to gain my trust and ensured me that their process was simple and easy. And another good selling point, I didnt need a realtor. So I was able to keep that 5-6% that realtors charge. My house wasnt selling for much so that 5-6% meant a lot. So anyway, it was my first experience selling a home and having to sign documents electronically. Which was great because I didnt want to go all the way to Fl just to sign closing documents. They kept their promises and best of all we closed before the target closing date. I had ants,the elevator were not working, serious mold issues and still mold issues, after rehabbing. The cabinets are so high you have to be seven ft. tall. Over 100 tenants had mold issues and another company had to come in. Also rain was coming into my window. Bug spray 3.00 never saw it and yet, giant dead roach in my closet. 33.00 for trash pick up, and we had to paid the third party for water and sewer, and that was another 100.00 at the time my rent, was 1075 and with everything else I was almost paying 1300.00 a month. I didn't have cable. Now they raise my rent to 600.00, and for the same tiny apartment, it is going for almost 2000.00 or even more. People will be paying almost 2500.0,0 and one can buy a house. The reason being the Military doesn't have living quarters so the rental complexes feel they can get high rents. They get a reasonable housing allowance. It pushes ordinary people out of a suitable living environment. Taking federal funds and they have to accept section 8, and if you can show one-third, you are not eligible for section 8--Mary Esther, Florida in the: Mary Panhandle area.

It took MANY unreturned calls to finally find out who our contact rep was for the project and she was slow to return calls or just texted a brief message. The project was poorly planned and mismanaged and had too many delays to even count. Communication with us and between the staff was incredibly poor.
