It's a 55-years or better community (sorry, kids), four collections, 23 different models (13 built), dozens of finish choices, and ranging from low $200k to the high $400k. We are looking to retire somewhere, and the Panhandle has real potential. I wish St Joe was developing in Oregon or Louisiana :) Five Stars.
