So here it goes, from the time I set foot on their lot my experience has been nothing short of perfect. Once I became sure this is what I wanted James B reached out (via email) and has been my sales person, guidance and friend. The times I drive up we always met early, right after my 9 hour drive and he knows Im tired from the trip, hot and hungry but hey if i drove 9 hours I can wait 10 minutes if they are busy. What I love is that James after every meeting reassures me if I have any questions or want to go over any other details he is there at anytime and he means it (been tested on Saturdays, Sundays and after hours) The team he works with, Jessica, Pennie and Trey are amazing as well, maybe its my charming personallity? But nah they are truely awesome people. So, I have closed on my home and Im just waiting for everything to be put together and I am so grateful to James and the people that work at Clayton. Thank you to Deborah from Connect Tittle Company for being so amazing as well, my closing was perfect. I have not had a bad experience from anyone that I have met during this journey and I get the feeling I will remain friends with everyone at Clayton! Thank you guys see you soon!

I am glad I had everything in writing, they constantly tried to say, no I said this.... or it will be this much and then it didn't work out like that. Even when they sent me the final contract the number had went up by at least 1,000 a piece. They tried to trick me every way possible then when it wouldn't happen they found a reason to make it not work. GLAD I went somewhere else and amazingly the other place was able to do everything timberline couldn't.

I carried my ex son-in-law with me and the sales person, Rob Browning took him out and showed him how to set it up supposedly. He failed to tell him that the RV had been winterized and that the bypass valves had to be opened and tank drained before you turn the hot water heater switch on and I was without hot water for 2 weeks and during that 2 weeks I had a bad leak in the bedroom and I called Bankston RV Mobile Repair to come out and fix it which cost me $319.52. I also received a buyers order with only the sales price on the date of purchase and absolutely nothing else. I still haven't received a title. After several calls to different people at Timberline Homes, Rob, Tina, I still have no return of any money since Rob admitted fault for the hot water heater because he didn't know. It took 3 calls to get a buyers order and I finally had to go and pick it up. It seems the title was sent to my old address which I corrected them several times during the buying process. Now I have to file for a replacement title. During this time I have had several issues, window is still leaking, pinholes in roof, canopy ripped because it was tightened too tight for transport and furnace comes on without the thermostat is turned to off and AC is not cooling properly, thermostat will not cut the air off I have to manually cut it off everytime, a hot wire smell is SMELLED ocassionally and entertainment system comes on randomly at full blast and when I get to it the power button is off and I have to beat it to cut it off., no matter what volume it's on when it comes on randomly on full volume. Now power to the RV goes on and off randomly. The RV park i live in has checked the power meter and nothing is wrong with their side. I have had parts ordered since June 28th to have it fixed but every time I call Triple H RV's the parts are never in. I have talked to Timberline Homes in Jasper, Timberline Homes Corporate Office and several people at Forest River Corporate Office and nobody never returns calls nor emails. I live in my RV year round so I can't carry it to the shop for months while they work on it and order more parts. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I cant even trade this RV in because i dont have a title.

When we first contacted the company they stated it would be about 2 weeks before we could get on the schedule. After 3 weeks we called and left a message. The owner called back and stated they were very busy and we would get us on the schedule the next week. I told her that I just wanted to make sure we were home when they did the job. The following week, the week we were supposed to "get on the schedule" no one called to inform us of anything. I called on week 5 and left a message, I have yet to receive a phone call. It states on the website that they take pride in doing a superior job, well good luck getting them out! Very disappointed!

He has all the right equipment, keeps his promises, knowledgeable, and affordable. He was the 3rd mover I called to have a 16x80 home moved. It took 2 months to find a reliable company that didnt lead me on about moving like the other two. He had it out in a week vs me waiting on the others for 2 months. They know their stuff and what they are doing. Left no mess at all.

Buyers Beware! Living Southern does not honor the warranty on the mobile…read more homes they sell. Check all complaint sites before you buy from Living Southern. Tru Homes factory constructed a poorly built home. Somehow it passed inspection with bad wiring, bad plumbing, a defective furnace, walls that aren't water,mold or mildew resistant. No access panel to inspect the wiring. The outlets were installed half connected and with live wires-no caps, falling out and in the walls. Black mold grows in all six windows. I was told ."It's common for mold to grow in the windows". The ducts were installed damaged with holes that keep water and mold in them. Living Southern has refused to fix or replace the home since I started complaining when the home was delivered June 2020. I was told the home is livable and all repairs were complete "Yet I was offered a raw deal. I would be provided with some material for minor repairs if I withdraw my complaints". No way!
