Had a great experience. The snow removal was fast and they worked very hard. Would use their service again!

Will never hire this company! One of the workers had the Worst attitude ever! This is a very big…read moreaccount and this guy was EXTREMELY rude to All! There are MANY landscaping companies to choose from and this guy didn't even care how he treated even one of the Big bosses here! I guess because there might be a contract with the company is why they were not asked to come back. But contracts end! This Company needs to "Check" their employees! Without people hiring them THIS PERSON WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB! IT could be a very good company. But "Bad company " (people)corrupt good value!

Would give this company zero stars if I could! This company is just plain awful!!! There is a staff…read moreof four young, inexperienced landscapers to mow an ENTIRE subdivision of 300+ townhouses. Sections of our subdivision go unmowed for WEEKS at a time. Landscapers only have leaf blowers, weed cutters and standard-sized lawnmowers! They spend HOURS mowing a large field behind our units using said standard-sized mowers (when they should be equipped with commercial grade mowers considering how large the field is and how many acres our subdivision spans). Kacoa regularly mows the West end of our subdivision where many of our Board members reside, but leaves the East side unattended for weeks at a time. Landscapers do not pick up branches, some of which have been laying across our bike path (or are heaped up under trees along our path) for weeks on end. Hedges are overgrown and weeds are as tall as small trees. There has been no treatment of our lawns for weeds, a first for our Association. Landscapers leaf blow leaves into everyone's yards AFTER they mow (huh?). They should be raking up leaves and disposing of them, but they are not equipped with rakes to do this simple task (so they tell me). Our property management company has made many attempts to contact Kurt Kojzarek (who ironically used to be our property manager and has his hands in many of our Board member's pockets) and he blatantly misrepresents the work that his staff has done. I have responded to Kurt's LinkedIn post about needing additional laborers in a professional manner, keeping my comments to FACTS only and Kurt removed his post. Sneaky, unethical and unprofessional is what Kurt and Kacoa represent. BEWARE!

The guy that came to give me the quote asked me how I heard of Image Pros so he could adjust quote…read moreaccordingly. I told him I saw good reviews on Angieslist and he said "oh good, thats our best rate". He gave me a price for $125 ($95 for sealcoating, $30 for patches). Not the lowest price I've seen as I have received fliers in my mailbox from 5 other companies in the past year for sealcoating. Other companies had quoted anywhere from $66 to $85, although im sure this didn't account for the crack patching which cost an extra $30 with Image Pros. Im happy with the price for the quality of the work done. They did a clean job, used patch to take care of the cracks, and there are no lines/striping like i've seen in some other sealcoating jobs. The main problem I had was in coordinating the job. They originally scheduled the job for the day after the 4th of July extended holiday weekend (Tuesday July 5th). I went home at noon that day for lunch and saw nothing had been done. I called and asked what time they would arrive. I was told they would be out in the afternoon. Got home from work at 5 and still nothing. They called me at 5:30 and said they would reschedule to Friday because it looked like it may rain the next day. I was home from work all day on Friday the 9th. Called in the morning to remind them that were scheduled for that day. They said they would be there late afternoon. Again, got a call a little after 5pm saying that their truck had broke down and needed to reschedule to the following Monday the 12th. The woman asked me how this worked for me, and I told her it "wasnt as good as today, I was home all day from work". But I again rescheduled. I asked her what time specifically they would do the job on Monday, the woman told me I could call Monday morning to find if it would be done in the morning or afternoon. I elected not to call and hope it would just be done sometime that day. The job was in fact complete when I arrived home at noon on Monday, July 12th. They blocked off the drive with string and neon colored flags as hoped. Good final product, just seemed unprofessional in coordination. Also I told the woman on the phone in a prior conversation that I had a coupon for 10% off from angieslist.com. So my final price was $112.50. In my opinion, the guy who quoted the job originally should have applied this discount when he asked how I heard of the company and he said that was their best discount. (unless he did apply the discount unbeknownst to me and I received the discount twice, although I doubt this is the case).

Blew off two appointments with me and never let me know he wasn't going to be coming! Did not respond to text message! I have a driveway with two high spots and one low spot?
