My sister found…read morethem on Yelp when her wedding dress needed to be altered and when my bridesmaid dress came in and needed some changes, I knew exactly where to go. I made an appointment after using the request a quote tool on Yelp. The response rate was remarkable and within about 30 minutes I had an appointment for a few days later. The location is easy to find but tucked away off Henderson Rd. in a small shopping complex next to a barber shop and a paint store. The staff is friendly and quick to greet you when you arrive. My appointment took less than twenty minutes. My dress took about two weeks and I had it hemmed, a slit put in the front, and the straps shortened a bit. It came out to about $115 with tax and the work was wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to come back the next time I need any clothing alterations. The reviews are real and you can definitely trust them.

Exceptional Service and Value!…read more I've been bringing my clothes to this dry cleaner for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. First and foremost, the staff is incredibly friendly. They always greet me with a warm smile, are quick to help, and make the whole drop-off and pick-up process an absolute breeze. It's rare to find such genuinely welcoming customer service! Beyond the great staff, the pricing is remarkably affordable. They offer unbeatable value for the area without ever cutting corners on quality. Most importantly, the results are flawless. My clothes always come back perfectly clean, smelling incredibly fresh, and pressed to perfection. They have even managed to get out a few tough stains that I thought were permanent. If you are looking for a reliable, budget-friendly, and welcoming dry cleaner that does fantastic work, look no further. Highly recommended!

I stopped in here for a couple shoes to be repaired. One pair of boots I wanted the bad-quality…read morespeed hooks replaced with eyelets and another pair of dress boots I wanted new top lifts (heel pads) as the old ones were almost to the heel stack. I was quoted a week for the repair. First, they indeed were repaired on time. If you allow, they will text you with updates. As much as I like and appreciate "old-school" repair shops, this is indeed a helpful service. Well done. Second, the repairs. The eyelets were added and color matched to the existing (which I was surprised with!). On the boots with the top lift replacement, they ended up adding a thicker one and I think removing a layer of the heel stack to compensate. All good. However, in sanding the lift down to match the heel stack, it looks like the sander caught the leather sole. I get it, it happens. But to think that was "good enough" and let it leave like that without trying to touch up the sole? It feels like poor attention to detail. Also, the edges of the top lift had stray fibers all over. Maybe my expectations are too high for shoe repair and this is to be expected. All that said, the pricing for the repairs was very reasonable so I can't complain. However, I would gladly pay more for a better result. Maybe their typical client is more value-oriented? There is also a nice selection of shoe care products and polishes from Sapphir (widely held as the top shelf brand) so I had expected top tier results. Overall, a bit of a disappointment but mostly good work.

The quality is exactly what i would expect and the prices are very good. They will also turn around your request if you need something quickly. They were partially hemmed on one side by another person and this shop gladly took them, corrected the work that had already been done and hemmed the other leg as well. I highly recommend.
