The new management has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Once they get you to sign the lease, they barely respond to anything. The most recent issue is they charged me a $250 patio violation WHEN I DO NOT HAVE A PATIO at my apartment. I have gotten no response all week in regard to refunding and removing this charge from my account. They also threatened to terminate my lease over an issue that they have with conedison! I provided proof that I created an account with the meter number that was provided to me, and I was threatened. This is their fault. Do not rent from this company. I can't wait to move.

Water is yellow brown often!!!!!!! They give no notices about "working on the pipes" And water in shower is scalding hot within seconds , then cold 2 minutes later, then back to what you had it at. Last year, maintenance came to measure the carpet and told me everything was approved and that I would receive a date for installation. After that, nobody followed up, called, or scheduled anything. This year, during lease renewal, I brought the issue up again because the carpet is in very bad condition. During the winter, water was coming in from the back door due to snow, leaving a large stain in the living room area. I explained that if replacing the carpet was not possible, I would at least appreciate having it professionally cleaned. I spoke with Rob, who repeatedly told me that Carissa would contact me to discuss options. I was also told someone would call me back after I contacted the main company directly. It has now been several weeks, and nobody has called, followed up, or even given me a clear answer. What is most disappointing is not only the lack of action, but the lack of communication and professionalism. A simple phone call with an honest answer would have been appreciated instead of being ignored for over a year.
