If there are any units that need work they start extremely loud construction with no notice before 9am. We tried to contact management and they didn't pick up. I spoke with Rob, who repeatedly told me that Carissa would contact me to discuss options. I was also told someone would call me back after I contacted the main company directly. It has now been several weeks, and nobody has called, followed up, or even given me a clear answer. What is most disappointing is not only the lack of action, but the lack of communication and professionalism. A simple phone call with an honest answer would have been appreciated instead of being ignored for over a year.
