The broken central air and heat unit & our thermostat (which is in the lease agreement): 2/15/22, 2/16/22, 5/22/22, 6/7/22, 6/9/22, 7/13/22, 8/2/22; we have explained that the portable unit supplied covers only 300sq ft, and our electric bill has been extremely high due to the lack of power brought to your attention 7/22/22, 8/1/22 Our skylight that has a broken seal, let's air our and water in, which was confirmed by your contractor Bill Brown: 12/18/21, 12/21/21, 12/31/21, 1/5/22, 1/11/22, 5/4/22, 5/24,22, 5/25/22 (we were told it would be fixed in a couple of weeks, it is now August 12, 2022), 6/9/22, 7/9/22, 7/13/22, 7/22/22, 8/2/22 The parking lot pavement was said will be fixed on: 5/25/22, 7/22/22 The window upstairs having no latch (in the lease agreement) and we have a 5 year old daughter.     DO NOT RENT HERE. This place is a slum disguised with…read morelandscaping and new appliances. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything from the other units. We had a terrible neighbor that would blast music and tv all the time with no regard for us despite us expressing annoyance over and over. There is no control of the heat which will be blasting all night in the winter and was even on in August this past year. All finishes are cheap and shitty and will break almost instantly. If there are any units that need work they start extremely loud construction with no notice before 9am. We tried to contact management and they didn't pick up. This place is insanely overpriced for what it is. Again, DO NOT RENT HERE!

    I have been requesting a carpet replacement or at least a professional carpet cleaning from Eagle…read moreRock Properties for over a year. Last year, maintenance came to measure the carpet and told me everything was approved and that I would receive a date for installation. After that, nobody followed up, called, or scheduled anything. This year, during lease renewal, I brought the issue up again because the carpet is in very bad condition. During the winter, water was coming in from the back door due to snow, leaving a large stain in the living room area. I explained that if replacing the carpet was not possible, I would at least appreciate having it professionally cleaned. I spoke with Rob, who repeatedly told me that Carissa would contact me to discuss options. I was also told someone would call me back after I contacted the main company directly. It has now been several weeks, and nobody has called, followed up, or even given me a clear answer. What is most disappointing is not only the lack of action, but the lack of communication and professionalism. A simple phone call with an honest answer would have been appreciated instead of being ignored for over a year. At this point, I will have to clean the carpet myself, but I felt it was important to share my experience for future tenants.
