Not a resort or spa. It's used for private retreats for the Jewish community. We came for the pool per the pictures but the pool has booked, segregated male and female swim times so we couldn't use it. Everything is worn down and dirty. Empty food wrappers and bottles, and broken furniture we everywhere. The paint is peeling and tile falling off in many places. To top it off, the electricity stopped and water pressure significantly decreased so we had to walk up and down 6 flights w a toddler to leave. On the bright side, the staff are nice and try their best w what they have. I don't know how this passes code and inspection for a "hotel". read more

We have a dog, so this was the cheaper option, although, at $180/night it was about $50 more than it should have been. We were there the same time that some Hasids had reserved many rooms and the ballroom and the kids looked like they were having a blast. Our room, on the sixth floor of the newest building was fine - air conditioning worked, Keurig coffee, hot water shower, free of vermin - but definitely suspended in a time during the latter part of the last century. What was once a landmark is now a literal, gone to seed SLUM. As a Granite rd. resident I can't tell you in language that's acceptable; how utterly depressing it is to pass the grounds, the pool & the hotel itself. Property values are sadly affected by the sad state of affairs. To think that someone, or a group would buy this just to let it fall apart & become an eyesore is devastating to all who care for their modest homes & lawns on this otherwise bucolic road. The pool is littered with old broken down chairs, disintegrating pool liner, peeled paint, broken concrete & fence falling apart as you drive past. The golf course is a total disgrace... The grounds have deep crevices, the pathways overgrown with weeds breaking through the pavement and litter strewn everywhere. The mini golf course with broken animal structures, rotted wood & rusted chairs littering the once beautiful grounds. When you drive past you see filthy windows, old air conditioning units and torn, dilapidated blinds on every floor. There was a discussion at Town Hall where one of the people said they were concerned that the owners would use discrimination as an EXCUSE, but that won't work. Everyone knows it's nonsense and I'm sure the judge would have a different opinion having seen what a horror this has become. No one cares who you are, your religion or ethnicity. We welcome ALL who treat the area with RESPECT. You'd think your shame would be enough to inspire an effort, but there is obviously NO SHAME... One can only surmise that you don't mind living in squalor or representing a business this way. Enough people have been talking that I speak for all who are not happy with the careless destruction of a once lovely place where the regular Jewish community used to summer. Something needs to be DONE. It is BEYOND COMPREHENSION that the group who own this would have so little pride or standards. That they have the GALL to continue to rent rooms at this place is shocking. Everyone knows about the bed bugs & rats. You'd think that the trash bags lined up outside the "restaurant" would be enough of a deterrent to the innocent people visiting upstate who elect to stay there. I can't imagine what would come of a REAL health inspection of this place. They must be paying someone off. Ever see the episode of the Sopranos where Silvio & Paulie show up at the "upstate hotel" to get their money from the rabbi's son? This makes that hotel look like The Plaza. That the entity who bought this has such low regard for THEMSELVES and for the building itself, to disrespect it so wilfully, & without one ounce of regard for others is appalling. The same has happened a 1/4 mile up the road where they bought an old ranch house that sits on granite rd. For years you drive past wondering how the broken blinds in the windows don't bother them, the old appliances strewn around the yard and the heaps of trash bags that we have to drive past every day. To say it's depressing & an eyesore would be putting it lightly. There are tons of non working adult men who walk into it every day & NEVER LIFT A FINGER to clean it up. It's hard to fathom that it wouldn't make you so deeply ashamed to be the ONLY places that look like that in the area, but it apparently doesn't bother them/you (if you bother to read this) at all. I suppose that would be like the residents of Kerhonkson, coming to Borough Park & treating it like a literal garbage dump while telling you to pound sand if you don't like it. It is not pleasant writing this. You WOULD HAVE found a welcoming neighbourhood had you the respect to live up to the standard that even the poorest of us do, but you instead choose to flick your nose to this beautiful area & its residents. Sadly you don't care about being welcomed at all. You don't acknowledge anyone politely, see yourselves as above (Ha! living like THAT & you feel this way is laughable). Avoid avoid avoid. I would give this place zero stars if possible. I paid $175 for the night and this place was a dump!! Nothing is updated and the furniture is disgusting torn old rusted. There were dead bugs in the room, the side table all torn and worn. Some of the lights didn't work. The heater smelled terrible so I kept it off, and The comforter is so thin so that I regret even more being here at the end of October on a cold night. The shower head didn't work properly and water pooled in the tub. The gym is all non working rusted equipment and it's the basement that isn't even worth stepping into. The entrance to the hotel is grand and eve though it is old it has tons of potential, the breakfast was good, the rooms need some upgrading and the halls. We still had hopes, however we were really disappointed to find that both pools, indoor and outdoor pools, were shutdown by the county due to sanitary issues. Spoke to the front desk and they basically told me that (in a very nice way) they didn't know why the pool was closed and that because I booked online they couldn't let us know that the pools were closed. I was in a convention all week and had promised my 6yo to take him to the pool Saturday morning, not good. There is a nice pond past the golf course, golf courses and mini golf are closed, also there are no boats by the pond and it's very buggy, boots, long pants (ticks) and big spray recommended. read more

Creepy, decrepit, and disgusting. I left the conference I was attending a day and a half early because my co-worker found a bedbug. The vending machines are caked with dirt, the carpets have not been changed (or cleaned, for that matter) since the 80s or 90s, the walls and ceilings are leaking, and I'm 99% sure there was a ghost in my room. The pillows on my bed did not even have pillowcases, the smoke detector was hanging by a thread from the ceiling, and it was missing even basic amenities like a "Do Not Disturb" sign and a clock. They couldn't even get the timing of my wake-up call right. The place stinks with the funk of forty thousand years, and apparently other conference attendees found bugs in their rooms as well. The only positive is that the employees were friendly, and were not surprised at all when my co-worker and I checked out early. The comparisons other users are making to The Shining are more than apt. I would rather have Jack Nicholson chase me with a hatchet than set foot in here again. read more

Remember that smell when you walked into your grandparents house as a child? That musty scent we could only attribute to mothballs? I think. I've never actually smelled a mothball individually but it seems to be the odor most popular when describing Nanny & Grandpa's abodes. Then you're in for a treat. This place has it emanating through its entire existence. Even when you step outside, the weeping willows give off a faint smell. The lobby resembles the sales floor of Bob's Discount Furniture, scattered living room setups which I can only imagine are for when Tom Jones comes to town or better yet, Antiques Roadshow. The rooms are adorned with a lovely array of 1980's style steakhouse wood, green leather chairs, ornery lamps and yes, even a maroon carpet to tie it all together. My favorite was the bedspread, black and gold...an obvious nod to Georgia Tech or the New Orleans Saints. If you're not a planner like I am and wait till the afternoon of to book a hotel in upstate New York on Labor Day weekend, then this is the place! Three stars from this chap as over-gaudiness can lead to cool points, especially for those millennial hipsters in Williamsburg. This place is so un-cool it should be filled to the brim with fedoras, skinny jeans and conquistador mustaches looking to make it their homes permanently. read more

My sister and I came here a few days ago just for the day at the spa, to utilize it's spa amenities and have massages. This is an older hotel, if formerly was know as The Granite. It's well maintained, but it's age is visible. Here are the pros's and the con's of the Spa: Pros's: Very friendly and polite staff, wide variety of amenities, indoor pool (2 minute walk from spa), scented steam room, sauna, showers, whirlpool. Spa was immaculately clean. Massage's were well priced, slightly lower than average prices (mine was $85 for a 50 min classic massage). Con's: As my sister put it, "it's one day older than God." It had some work done, but overall, the age was visible. Brown stains on tiles surrounding whirlpool, pool had flaking paint, showers in spa had plastic bottoms, that sank in a bit as you stood in shower. As for as the massage's go, mine was great. There were a few technical difficulties (my masseuse's put music on from his phone, and because it was on, it ended up ringing during beginning of massage, however he was super quick to fix it, apologizing profusely for the interruption. My sister's wasn't quite as great, hers was done by this older woman who was a little ruff with the massage, so it wasn't quite the relaxing experience she was going for, overall it was good though. My final thoughts are if you're here for the holidays for for a conference you should definitely go use the spa services, and have a massage, otherwise I really wouldn't go out of the way. read more

Other than the fact that the employees outnumber the guests, it's not a terrible place all things considered. It's almost like the place went out of business years ago but nobody told the workers. I stayed at the Vacation Valley Resort prior to the COVID pandemic. The hotel was previously known as the Hudson Valley Resort. Prior to that, it was the Granit. The hotel is beautifully nestled in the mountains. The views from many of the rooms are spectacular. The lobby is very attractive. It has a large crystal chandelier, numerous places to sit and a grand piano. All of the staff are friendly and do their best to be helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable. When I arrived at my room, I turned on the water in the sink. The water looked rusty for several minutes. I opened the lid to the toilet and found several bugs in various states of death and dying. (See photo.) The television in the room did not function. I complained twice to the front desk staff and was told it would be fixed. Although repair men came to the room, they were unable to obtain reception. When I complained a third time, I was told the cables were down and there would be no reception the entire weekend. The ice machine on the floor was not working. A staff member who saw me trying to get ice told me that all of the ice machines in the hotel were broken. Ultimately, a person working at the front desk obtained ice for me from the kitchen. (If management does not want to repair the ice machines, how about putting ice cube trays in the refrigerators in each room?) There was no maid service to clean the room and provide fresh linens during the entire weekend. This hotel has the potential to become the grand resort it once was. In order for this to happen, management must make a significant investment in maintenance and repairs. read more

We came here for a senior trip. Every student paid out of pocket for the trip. The moment we entered the building the ameni were all broken down, regardless we gave it a chance and went to our rooms. To our disgust we found bedbugs, blood stains, piss stains, broken locks, fire alarms and doors. The doors were so bad that you could just push them open. NO KEY. Other doors couldn't open at all and the electronic locks wouldn't open with their corresponding keys. The sheets were disgusting and smelled they had all types of stains and bugs including BED BUGS we found multiple on multiple mattresses. The staff did absolutely nothing to help, instead all they did was talk behind our backs when they thought we couldn't hear. "These fucking kids must be from the hamptons." We're from nyc we are not rich we're from a public school. We only had 37 students we are in no way made of money. We would like to at least have a clean bed to sleep on for the money we paid. After we all exited the rooms because of their disgusting state we went down stairs to see what we could do while our staff decided our next steps. We went into some kind of rec room that had food in it. It seemed nice at first, especially because we were all so hungry but the burger patties were pink, the gatorade jug had MOLD and the room itself had a bunch of random parts thrown around. The pool table and ski ball table were broken and missing parts as well. We've been stuck here with no information for the past 4 hours with no help from staff. We're hungry for food that wont potentially poison us. The worst part is they don't want to give us a refund. read more

Old, rundown & creepy. It was like the sequel to the 1980 film The Shining, and likely the last time this hotel was cleaned and/or updated their furniture. Disgusting. There were dead bugs all over the room floor and the bathroom light started making this strange noise. It took us 30 seconds upon entering our room to realize we weren't going to be staying at this dump. Someone in our party chose it for location, but it's worth to drive the extra miles and stay somewhere clean. Even the staff wasn't surprised we didn't want to stay here and made no issues when we came back downstairs to leave. Everything was falling apart, in and out the room. I typically don't write reviews but I have to with this place.This place was creepy and just not a place you should ever stay. The whole place is outdated from the lobby that looks like a 70s nursing home to the elevator - I wasn't even sure if it worked since the buttons looked like old typewriter keys. Once we got to our floor it got worse. Our room had a ripped comforter - there was no way I would ever feel ok sleeping in those sheets. The wallpaper was peeling and the refrigerator wasn't plugged in - who knows the last time it was used. The adjoining door to the room next door didn't even have a lock on it - we moved the desk in front of it. The fire extinguisher hadn't been inspected in 2 years! We ultimately left - totally felt like it was either haunted or we would get some strange disease. read more

this place looks and feels like an old abandoned hospital or something. it's falling apart, poorly maintained, and pretty creepy. I would not recommend anybody to stay here unless you get pumped on old nasty walls and carpet, questionable levels of clean, and employees with little job training. the positives during our stay were the fact that there was hardly anyone there, which meant no lines for anything...but that is also a con because the place might be haunted and no one will hear you scream. my experience is only with the "resort" though. I didn't play mini golf or get a massage or anything so I can't comment on those aspects. read more

Attended an event this past weekend at the Hudson Valley Resort & Spa. Luckily I was expecting rundown so I was not caught by surprise by the accommodations. I didn't personally interact with many of the resort staff so I can not comment on their customer service. Our room was in the non-renovated wing, was large with two double beds, a desk, and a small table and chairs. It also had a dresser, armoire with TV and a walk in closet. I really wish we had a mini-fridge since there was plenty of room for it and the food choices were sub par. I really detest Pepsi establishments, I can't help it. Pepsi just gives me a stomach ache and if I don't have at least 1 Coca-Cola a day I get a headache. Also the only 2 vending machines I saw were out of order, so even if I wanted a Pepsi it would have been the ordeal of going to the restaurant. The pickings very slim to none for vegetarians, as much as I love fruit salad and carrot sticks there need to be more options. We went to one of the catered meals, which was disappointing. Even the those who eat most things found the pairing of chili and chicken parm strange. It would have been great if there was some bread or pasta to go with the dishes. I also think they need to cater to their crowd a little better, obviously a jam band festival is going to have a lot of vegetarians (3 out of 6 in our group). read more

This review is in reference to the Golf Course at the Hudson Valley Resort only The course is a nice 18 hole layout that is fairly well kept. There are quite a few severe elevation changes which can make for some challenging up hill shots and monstrous drives. The layout is very nice as it meanders around the property and you face many different kinds of shots. The price is fairly reasonable compared to other courses in the area. read more

When you come to ask for some one's order bring your notebook. 2. On your way over to take an order don't answer your cell phone and turn around and walk away to take your call. 3. Make sure to know what drinks you offer. 4. Make sure to clear finished plates before the guest leave. 5. Make sure to have the bill and item's price listed before you bring a total price you wrote down. This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. The place is dirty, I mean like really dirty. I will post a pic of the hairball next to my bed. The curtains in the room are so old they have holes in them from age. So little beams of light come through. I felt like I was on some new reality show based off American Horror Story Hotel, The Shining and That 70s Show. They have the nerve to charge a $150 a night when they should be charging by the hour. If you ever wanted to know what happened to those DIRTY DANCING era resorts nestled in the Catskills that didn't have to decency to close down when their era was over, keep reading this review of THE HUDSON VALLEY RESORT AND SPA aka the Granit. Clearly NOTHING has been done to this hotel since the seventies, if then. The carpets are threadbare, the sheets and bedspreads have a feel of having touched too many bodies, furniture in the room may be non-existent (not every room has a desk) or broken (my room's dresser was missing a handle), or absent (a member of my party had to call to have a phone and TV remote brought into the room). The locks on the doors are not the strongest, and that is particularly disturbing since my room had an outdoor patio and someone could have easily pushed that door in. The bathrooms are another matter altogether. They too, are ancient, cramped, and depending on the time day will lack hot water in the shower. ALL the time there is little water pressure in the shower. The shower curtains my room had mildew on it, and the walls had dents and other unidentifiable marks in them. This went for the walls in the bedroom part as well. While I did not take advantage of the amenities offered (I was quite frankly afraid to given what I have described above), the one amenity I counted on, the free Wi-Fi was spotty at best in public areas and non-existent in the rooms. The only decent thing about this hotel is its staff. They were quite nice and courteous when they could be found. They were present at all times at the front desk, but barely seen elsewhere. At breakfasts and other meals the staff would try to clean up and shut down the service a half-hour to hour BEFORE the meal service was scheduled to end. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room the weekend I was there, but I suspect that was so guests could drink away the misery of staying there. Sadly, (and I do mean this since there are very few other accommodations in the area), this place should be avoided. read more

As we pulled on we noticed it looked extremely run down, vines growing off the side of the building. Look nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com. Missing letters on the sign and hadn't been painted in ages looked really grimy. We pulled up to see if it was even open and look through the front windows. That was enough, we literally cancelled our reservations from the cell phone FROM THE PARKING LOT OF THE HOTEL. Just absolutely awful. I want to say something positive about the place, rarely take the time to write a negative review, but this is just so not cool. I was there this past week for a conference. I was unfortunate to be part of the "overflow" from the much, much better site that was actually hosting the conference. About 100 of us were booked to Hudson Valley. I'm sure this was once a beautiful place. The grounds could be gorgeous, the building itself looks like it may have once been majestic. But it has all gone very, very bad. The entire place smells horrible. I mean, not just a little, but a powerful smell of mildew and mold. You can smell it everywhere, but it is strongest in the guest rooms. The hallway and lobby carpets and stained, many sections of the wall are beat, patched, unpainted. The room itself was nice enough but in addition to the smell it just felt unclear. Thick mold on the shower curtain. The place screamed of bedbugs so I pulled the sheets back. Found no bedbugs, but did find various dead insects under the sheets. Not just one or two. There are a couple of restaurants on site but both were closed. One looks like it has been closed for years, the other may have just been closed for the season. The golf course is overgrown and though the site says it is closed for the season it definitely gave the impression of having been out of commission long term. The mini gold site is depressing, as are the tennis courts. Like they could be nice, but have been neglected so long they just look they want to be left alone to die in peace. The spa is closed. "For repairs," supposedly, but I read reviews elsewhere going back a couple of years and it has been closed "for repairs" for a very long time. I brought running clothes and figured I could salvage the stay by getting in a couple of long runs. Ended up raining but I figured I could use the fitness center. There were numerous ellipticals, a treadmill, bikes, etc. And none of them work. They are clearly there "for show." Some had no cords, others had cords but couldn't turn on. Again, I checked other reviews and none of this stuff has been working for a very long time, which leaves me with the feeling that the hotel is being deliberately deceptive. The pool looked nice but I didn't try it, didn't think to bring stuff to swim. No coffee pots in the rooms. You can ask them to make you a cup with the Keurig at the front desk for $2-$4, which is ridiculous. Management has responded to other online complaints by saying that room Keurigs are available upon request but how would anyone know that? There is nothing in the room that explains amenities, gives any direction, and you wouldn't get the "I can call the desk and ask for things" vibe if you were there. Elevator buttons occasionally fall off when you push them. No joke. Every aspect of the stay was disappointing. I'd been warned by others that this was not a good place but I thought they were exaggerating. They weren't. This is easily the worst place I ever stayed, with the exception of a totally shady hourly place in NYC that I got stuck in once many years ago on a night that went wrong. That at least had a fun story. This didn't. Management has responded to other complaints saying that it's not there fault, the region is suffering, etc. No good. This place was okay. I live around the area so I wasn't expecting a metropolitan experience. The staff was friendly and the food was okay (Easter Dinner Buffet). However, we didn't have blankets, everything from the carpets to the technology (elevator was no fun ride) was outdated. I'd say the worst thing about the place was the fact that they had SEPARATE jacuzzis for men and women. How absurd! We stayed here for a festival. It wasn't because we wanted to give it a shot. I simply cannot believe this place is even allowed to operate. Resort? Suites? Spa? This was truly the dirtiest most rundown place I've ever seen. Stained carpets, cracked walls, exposed pipes, stained furniture, vending machines out of order, mold, musty smell, bugs crawling everywhere..gloomy and just awful. It takes a lot for my family to complain but we did last two hours in this place before heading to the desk and demanding our money back..we dove 15 miles to another hotel. YES ITS THAT BAD!!! One of the worst maintained hotels I've ever stayed in. They also have some serious training deficiencies for the staff. We'll summarize: 1. You're immediately greeted by an awful musty smell. It could be coming from the circa 1989 carpet, it could be the furniture, who knows... 2. The service standard is all over the place. There's a lack of decorum in the staff-not that they're necessarily rude, but it's clear that there's no best practices being taught at all. 3. Water damage all over the ceilings and walls. 4. Horrible drywall repair and wallpaper repairs throughout. I found multiple places with exposed staples to constitute a "repair." 5. Incredibly poorly maintained rooms. Old bedspreads, tiny wall-mounted air conditioners, small tube televisions with almost no channel selection, and atrocious bathrooms. We had to put towels down under the sink to stem the tide from a leaking corroded pipe. This hotel is clearly owned by a group or individual who isn't willing to make any investment in true quality. If you want to do business on the cheap, a resort hotel is the wrong asset to buy. This place was an embarassment. read more

We come here for a conference each year. It's been sad to watch the deterioration of even the tower rooms over the last several years. Clearly the owners of this place just don't care. Food service is hostile to vegans. For that matter, unless you like excessive amounts of garlic in all your food, you might want to avoid the dining services. The place does a poor job of accommodating those with allergies and sensitivities. The bed was so bad this year, I slept on the floor. That's right, a thin carpet over concrete was more comfortable than the bed. If we come back to this conference, we will stay elsewhere and save a fortune by not having to buy the meal plan (and we had to go out and buy meals elsewhere anyway, so that expense wouldn't change). Walk the halls late at night. You''ll swear you're in a set from The Shining. As others noted, the one star is only because you can't assign zero. This place warrants negative stars. Stay away. Correct it is a dump, however going in I was aware of this. The old Granit Hotel I kept waiting for the ghosts of the old time performers of the 70's to show up! Breakfast on Sunday not bad but Monday it was moved to a corner of the 1st floor. No internet except on mail lobby floor. I wouldn't go back but it was an experience I'll remember. If you stay, try an get on the 8th flor in possible. The room was not bad with good view. read more

I was at this hotel last weekend for a family reunion on my wife's side of the family. Let me put the Pros out there first. The view is incredible and I would reserve a mountain view room on the 8th floor of the "tower" if possible though they will charge you an extra $10 a night for this. We paid extra to have all meals included in our own private function room and the food was good and the service from the waitstaff excellent! The Pool area was nice and had a shuffle board court. Another good thing is they let you bring your dog for an additional one time fee of $50. Now for the Cons. The hotel looks old and tired and lacking in proper repairs all over the hotel. We saw at least two doors with broken glass that had clear packing tape over the multitude of cracks. One in the front lobby! The carpet in the entire hotel is old and worn though clean. In one area going to a room called the Hudson 3 the carpet going down the entire hall was loose and bunched up in the middle. I saw several places that had wood moulding either removed or loose. The minature golf area is closed for some reason and the one remaining restaurant in the hotel that would open called "the View" was only open for breakfast. The other restaurant, the main lounge and the cigar bar are all closed. The only bar in the hotel that opens is in the lobby and it isn't fully stocked. They didn't carry Kahlua or Chambord and had to "hide" all the sugar based cordials from an elderly Rabbi that would yell at the bartenders if they were displayed for some reason. A bartender there told me this himself. One glaring issue was how desperately ALL the windows were fogged up with condensation. Even the ones in the rooms with the mountain view that you pay extra for! On top of that you can't open any of the windows more than three inches to prevent someone from falling out I imagine. What else? Oh yeah, if you walk down in back on a hot day it smells like a septic system because they have their own water treatment facility. Another issue was that of the bookings of groups who held events there. First was something called "Sprouts". This was a large group of mentally challenged adults from what I saw that were there for some reason, maybe just a get away. They were harmless enough though I saw a few breakdowns. Much more disturbing though was the arrival of a group called "Peak Potential" on Saturday night. We didn't know who or what they were, but they took over the lobby of the hotel to the point that it became uncomfortable. All the "leaders" were dressed in drab green faux military outfits and wore earpiece radios/microphone units. We found out that this was a supposed financial "leadership" program called the "Enlightened Warrior training camp". I watched grown adults turn into brainless zombies right in front of me, not questioning anything that was asked of them. The first night I saw one of the leaders, a girl, get up on a table and demand quiet from the entire lobby including the bar area though she didn't say that specifically though it felt incredibly uncomfortable to make any noise at that time. I watched her get all these people to chant answers and tell them they had 5 minutes to get a group of 6 together and make up a military style marching chant or they couldn't get into the function room that they spent thousands on to be there! They all did it and nothing was said by the hotel staff eventhough our group and a group of elders from a road scholar group was also at the hotel lobby. Once in the function room and the doors were closed were heard loud chants and responses from these people and though some of the peak potential staff seemed nice enough, none of them were really friendly with hotel guests not affiliated with their scam. Yes, scam. That what I found out it is when I got home and did some research. we complained to the hotel staff and they did nothing. The next morning at 6am we awoke to loud chants coming from the tennis court area. I went outside and again these nuts were out there in marching formation marching around the tennis courts responding to the "leaders" at the top of their lungs. I went inside and asked for the manager. They told me he wasn't on the property and I put in a formal complaint against this group and asked for the manager to contact me when he got in. I never heard or saw him. When I asked for him later on they again said he wasn't available. I know the hotel must get a lot of money from this group, but the rest of your guests shouldn't be treated badly because of it. For the price we paid per night and for the meals service this place should have been the Taj Majal. All that being said, I think most of the family will decide to NOT come back here again eventhough we like the area if I had to make a prediction. I'm sure there are many other hotels that would treat all their guests right and maintain their buildings for cheaper money. read more

I was very disappointed in out one night stay here and would not return or advise my clients to use your services.. I will say the staff was very accommodating and even offered there services to drive our party to a local bar/restaurant as your establishment would not allow us use of your bar. They were catering to a large party.. Just FYI I paid a hefty one night fee to stay and expected to be treated as a valued client and I was not. IMO this is not a Resort! read more
