It was almost enjoyable watching him go to work fixing this situation. 2. Several months later I called him at 830pm when I started experiencing tremendous pain. He returned my call right away, walked me through how to medicate for the evening and put me into his first appointment the next day. The dentists were good. The staff was cordial. All good. Perhaps 4 star worthy. All until I called to inform them that I will take care of dental work ONE TIME at a different dentist, as i chose to see a holistic dentist for that particular issue. The receptionist blew up at me, using every word I told her to turn it back to me, as if that would convince me to do the work at their dentist. She even said that 'the dentist might not want to take you back!', because i dared to pay elsewhere for ONE SET OF DENTAL WORK. I realized then that all the glitters and sparkles are part of a ploy to get you to give them your insurance to bill or credit card to pay. The moment you choose to get a second opinion or feel like some work needs to be done elsewhere, you will be met with attitude and berating. To summarize, as long as they are actively making money off you, especially as a cash patient, you will get 10 star service. But as soon as they will lose even a dime that you will pay someone else ONE TIME for dental work, they treat you like garbage. For your own sake, find to a dentist that respects your decisions as to where to get certain dental work done. You have that right as a patient. There are multiple adult dentists in the suffern area. Thanks to Dr. Lubit, the root canal procedure was performed flawlessly, painlessly and the tooth was successfully saved. Throughout the process, the doctor was extremely thorough--taking two CBCT scans and three X-rays to ensure an accurate diagnosis and the best treatment plan. What stood out just as much as the technical expertise was the doctor's bedside manner. He explained every step of the procedure in detail and patiently answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The office staff was the best --friendly, easy to speak with, and very professional and kind. They consistently followed up and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Dr Lubit is meticulous and dexterous. I will never go anyplace else for an endodontic care.
