If you hire these guys to put in your counter, be forewarned they do not stand behind their work…read more About 2 months after our quartz kitchen counter install I noticed that any water around the sink was immediately running about 14" to the other side of the counter, caused by a slope in the quartz. I called them and spoke to the guy who did the original templating. You know when someone doesn't want to do something they give you ten reasons why they can't instead of just one? Well that's what was going on. They knew they screwed up but didn't want to fix the slope in the countertop. It was a single big piece of quartz and they didn't want to deal with it. They told me I would be responsible if they cracked it during repair! If you hire these guys my advice is be there with a level and a marble cause you can't trust their word and they won't come back.

When it came to flooring, it made sense to go to Lumber Liquidators and check out their selections. I ended up going with their top seller which is the Bellawood Select Red Oak. The Nashua team was extremely polite and helpful. I was able to pay in person and have my contractor pick up the materials. Since they were out of the underlayment needed, they provided the upgraded material at no extra charge. To be honest, I am not sure I can tell the difference but to not make me wait for what was ordered to come in and delay the process was greatly appreciated. I had a minor issue thanks to my contractor causing some unwanted dings so the Nashua team helped me secure the extra material I needed quickly and we are on our way to the completion of the project. All in all, if you plan things out and have a good idea of what is going on, the Nashua Lumber Liquidator team can help you out with no problem. Thanks much! Purchased engineered Hickory. It was a month late. There was no communication and I found out by…read morecalling them. They stated it was over purchased, yet never contacted me. After several phone calls promises not kept, I had to continue calling them after they were to contact me. They stated that they can do a search for the flooring and found some out of state. Again after several not returned calls I received a date for delivery. I informed them I wanted a discount and free delivery. They contacted the general manager and got me 1/2 off delivery. I lost much more money than this. I wasn't able to get my flooring in time for the contractor, so every contractor has to shift their schedules. The person at the store said to me, we waved the shipping cost of $600 for the out of state product. I informed him that they were responsible for that, having screwed up. Kind of lame for him to even state that. We called corporate who refused to compensate, asking for 10% off and free delivery. The company has no communication. The company tries to put it on the purchaser when they make a mistake. All the way to corporate is most unhelpful. You would take a business that almost went under like they did would treat their customers better. I've learned and will go elsewhere in the future.

He took the time to discuss options and even though I was obviously in the tire-kicking phase expressed no reservations of annoyance at looking up real pricing for me. He even sent a couple of guys who were obviously regular clients and friends to another associate because he was sitting with me. Were this review only about the Nashua location it would be 4 or 5 stars. However, I then stopped at the location out Amherst St. where they actually stock and sell the larger Deeres. I was taking a look around at a tractor similar to what I had been quoted when a salesman came out and asked if I needed something. I told him I had been at the Nashua store and had been talking to someone about a 1000 series tractor. He then started to interrogate me about who I had talked to and about what because "they're not supposed to quote these (machines) down there". As if the internal sales politics of Nashua Outdoor Power are anything I should have to care about... When I told him I just wanted to take a look at the kind of tractor I was interested in he left without a word. Horrible, arrogant, ignorant customer service that has lost my business. If I could go back to the original sales guy and be assured he'd get my commission they'd probably have a sale, but I have no doubt he won't get it because of the way these places are structured. Too bad a good customer service experience could be ruined by a bonehead too worried about his commission to be polite.

They were able to pick it up the next day and did warn me they were about a week behind. There was a little more of a delay but that was because they still had my old phone number listed on their paperwork. Less than two weeks and it's ready. They'll have it delivered on the 5th. Very happy with the service. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the price is a bit high, but it did include pick up and drop off.
