When I approached the doors to get another cart the alarm went off and the wheels locked, no problem I thought. Then out of no were, This lady from the returns area started to abruptly, and aggressively yell at me. In her words she yells (JUST LEAVE IT THERE!!!!.) Rude!!!. So I left it right there and proceeded to get another one that worked. As I walked into the store again, she looked at me and started to mumbling loud enough for me to hear her, yet not enough for me to know exactly what she was saying.she was so rude. Proceeded to purchase what I needed and left the store. Maybe if they maintained the carts better I would not have to go exchange it for one that worked. I have spent OVER 30,000 Dollars at this LOCATION in the last 8 1/2 years. The targeted time was between 10 and 12. I watched these 4 guys and they were all business! They worked so well as a team and everyone had their role to play. The shed went up quick and I had done the prep on the site per Reeds Ferry's instructions. By 11am they were cleaning up and getting ready to leave. The foreman talked to me about the warranty and asked if I had any questions. I know this shed will last for 30 years because it is built very well with quality products. You may pay a little more for a shed at Reeds Ferry, but you won't need to replace it and you get exactly what you paid for. We couldn't be happier with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had to wait a while before they could get to us and believe me it was worth the wait. These guys were professional and if you had your own business these are the guys you want working for you.
