The fitment of the grille is so off that there is a gap between the grille and hood. I had a conversation with Ricky ( not sure if he is the lead auto repair technician ) explaining my dissatisfaction with the work . Ricky stated the grille is a aftermarket part , that the insurance wouldn't pay for an oem part. The issue I have with that is Corzav's Never reached out to the insurance company to let them know the grille didn't fit , nor did Corzav's request a payment adjustment to look for another grille. The owner of Corzav's Cory reached out to me and said he would do what he could to find a OEM grille to give him 2-3 weeks that he (Cory ) wanted me to be a satisfied customer. It's been over a month and Cory has only responded to one text I sent to him that he (Cory) had been out of the country and would call me later that day when he returned. Cory has not contacted me.All I want is for my truck to be fixed to a standard that is acceptable. Corzav's has a written warranty guarantee that parts or materials used are of first quality and this is not true. I will never use or refer anyone to Corzav's. I am a extremely dissatisfied customer. I used the Yelp feature to send pictures and received a reply shortly after suggesting an in-person estimate. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment, expecting to wait a couple days before even getting a callback. Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when Mr. Anthony called me back within a few minutes! (Green flag #1) I was told to come by Sunday between 8am and noon (green flag #2). I pulled up at about 11am and Mr. Anthony came out to take a look. The business page says "No job is too big or too small" and they stand on that. One thing I really appreciated is that he included me in the process. He simply asked whether I was looking to have the whole fender replaced (I wasn't), went inside and got his tools. It was that easy. No overselling. No overcharging. No frills. Just an honest gentleman who saw a small job, as it turned out) and made the time to do it. Yall. I drive an old Toyota and have interacted with my share of auto/body techs, honest and dishonest. Mr. Anthony was communicative, timely and very fair! I won't hesitate to come back.

Taking your car to a body shop is never fun. I was not looking forward to having my car repaired…read more I'll admit that it was a little rocky in the beginning. My car sat there for, let's say an extended period of time without any communication. I called and spoke to a Manger to inquire what the problem was. The Manager was very apologetic, and let me know that there was a back up die to the number of cars and parts being on back order. Which was not unreasonable. I let the Manager know that I just needed to be communicated with. From that point forward it was smooth sailing. I want to call "Brett Matthews" put by name because he went so far above and beyond with his customer service. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with at times, but Brett never once lost his cool or made me feel like I was bothering him. I had a flat tire with the loaner car the day I was to pick up my own vehicle. Brett actually brought my car to me in ALPHARETTA!! He drove against traffic, at 5 o'clock from LITHONIA to make sure I had my car. Not only did he bring my car to me, he brought it back with a full tank??!! WTF, I was blown away! When he initially said he would bring the car to me, he said that he would UBER back to the office. That was NOT going to happen. One good turn deserves another. My insurance company did what insurance companies due, tried low balling the amount they were going to pay to fix it and requested the use of secondary and/or used replacement parts. Wilson's pushed back on the insurance company and were able to repair my car the way I wanted. Their work was top notch. I called right when they opened and they were able to take me in right away! I received a phone call a little over and hour later from the mechanic informing me that I had an issue with my belt. The mechanic said the belt was structurally intact and looked new but was responsible for the sound. He said he sprayed it with WD 40 which eliminated the sound but informed me it would come back eventually. He told me I could replace the belt to eliminate the sound permanently or I could pass on replacing the belt as it was still functioning properly and brand new. Definitely a mechanic I will be back to visit as I know they are not trying to stick me with random charges for parts I don't need.
