Customer service was poor. I work during the day and had a couch to drop off. I got off from work…read moreat 4:30pm and drove straight to the waste station. I arrived at 5:02pm to find the gate closed and the staff at the gate turned me away. Her response was to come back the next day at 8am (when I'm working). I under stand operation hours, however the rigidity displayed by the staff was unhelpful given the small size of the load I was trying to deposit (a single couch). I'm sure there were still other customers inside at the time. The hours of operation are ridiculous as well. It is a disservice to customers for the waste station to have traditional banker's hours and not have alternate hours available during the week. These hours conflict with the availability of most working customers.

User beware. If you require any stain removal, please stay away…read more The guy that came: 1. Made the stain worse, based on assessment by another cleaning services he used the wrong chemicals. Charged me $220 for two small rooms. 2. Came back to fix it and only completely half the job, with the other half of the stain still remaining. 3. Refused to come back and fix the other half requesting $88 to come out again. 4. When i requested my money back he was extremely rude and gave some made up conditions, that do not follow Accc standards. I didn't request the payment to get someone else to come or replace the carpet. 5. The whole time he talked about how he makes $10k a week and how lazy he is to go to his next job. Which is paying him alot of money. Please beware. I wish I can attach the photos here of the damage done to my carpet due to his lack of understanding of carpet stains.

I'll admit that I like the USPS's pick up feature at my door, but this was well worth it! Great price and friendly people. Definitely recommend stopping by for all your shipping needs -- whether it be UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. Oh and, if you're looking for stationary or small gifts they have those too!
