Just wanted to mention the excellent customer service I've received on both occasions I've visited. When I was there last week, a mechanic was happy to test drive the vehicle with me, to confirm the noise I was hearing. He identified the problem immediately. They were able to make the repair then and there, which saved me a separate trip and inconvenience. The repair was done in less time than projected, and the cost was totally reasonable. Prior to coming in, I had called the Hudson Jeep dealer to see if a mechanic could drive the vehicle first to identify the problem. They wanted to charge me $110 for this service! Crazy. DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I brought my FORD mustang into the FORD dealership only for them to have my car for 3 days and do nothing. I had to take the mechanic out for a ride after 2 days of having my car to point out the popping noise in the front end. They agreed that the car had a noise in the front end and where to dumb to know how to fix it. I have a full warranty on my car that covers everything with a zero deductible. So instead of them using my warranty i got charged $155 dolllars to be told "nothing" is wrong with my car even though the report says it was making a popping sound in the front end. Now i have to go to a real shop to get my car fixed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! read more

Buying as easy and fast. However after the sale their promises weren't fulfilled and customer service lacked. Not at all happy. Was extremely satisfied when I left the dealership. Then after a huge runaround to get a second set of keys I was promised, I found out I was getting a single key and not an actual set with fab. They call it "Quicklane" but it's by far not quick. There is always at least a 45 minute wait to get your vehicle in and then they have to do the service to boot. It should be called Slowlane. read more

Well as most of you know Hudson ford they rave about pre approval, instant approval all that Jazz seems like a great deal recently had to get a new car and in the meantime had things hit my credit yes they were able to approve me at 19% interest rate ok whatever rather not but gotta start somewhere they ASSUMED I WAS GOING TO TAKE HOME A FORD ESCAPE hah no those things are ugly so I said no they basically were like well this is where we're at not asking if I could go to a car, or sticking with an SUV and trying to push this escape I found another option that I fell in love with... I tried working with them on the weekends they told me they were all booked to come back a few days later I showed up anyway because I needed this car before it sold went in they were like well we need paper work like pay stub, piece of mail etc which we were never told if you come back bring XYZ paperwork and the lady that I was working with told me that they were swamped but she never came into work needless to say I will not be buying from Hudson Ford again read more

Every time I take my vehicle into the service department at Hudson Ford they act like I am making up the issues and dismiss my concerns. My vehicle had an issue where it almost felt like the transmission misfired when trying to speed up while in cruise control. The techs told me that the issue was that I didn't understand in order to speed up while in cruise control I needed to press on the gas. Seriously! Treated me like I am an idiot. Now I have taken my vehicle in because the rear end feels like it is kicking out or clunking when I am coasting and then start to accelerate. The reason they are giving me for this is it is just the sound of my tires. They clearly were not able to replicate the issue but are telling me they were able to replicate the issue. Why not ask me to drive with you to ensure you are hearing what I am having concerns about. Clearly they are dismissing my concerns. Pretty sure I can tell the difference between a jolting clunk and the sound of tires. I have had the same kind of tires on this vehicle since it was new and it has not done this the entire time. I have also had issues with how they measure my tire tread depth and brakes. One time they will say I am at 8/32 then the next they will say 3/32 then I ask them to re-measure and it will be 6/32. Then my brakes will be fine and suddenly within 5k miles they are in desperate need of being replaced. I have issues every single time I go there and I am extremely frustrated. The only reason I keep going is because my vehicle is still under warranty. I certainly will not be buying a Ford from this dealership if at all in the future because I do not want to have to go there for service. read more

I bought a new car here in 2016 and racked up some major mileage in 6 months and have had the oil changed twice. I logged in online, set-up appointment both times. The first time there was a conflict so they kindly called and rescheduled and I was in and done in 20 minutes! However the oil life light wouldn't reset so I called and stopped by before road trip and they fixed in 2 minutes never even mentioning a charge. The second time I was in and had scheduled a detail and drop off as well but a miscommunication resulted in only an oil change. Ok, so the oil life light was stupid again and it was operator error so they kindly walked me through the car screens, Then they rescheduled to clean and detail my car for free and were hugely apologetic about the miscommunication. I got a good deal on the car, hella good coupon book for the maintenance and they have been completely super to work with. I'm not taking my car anywhere else! read more

Like many people, when I find a good car dealership I stay with them. Unfortunately, 4 years ago my favorite Ford Dealership closed. After searching around I found Hudson Ford. Since then I have been thrilled by the excellent customer service with everyone in Quick Lane and the Sales Department. Quick Lane understandably can get busy, especially on Saturday mornings, but the waiting area is comfortably set up if you feel like waiting it out. Otherwise you are within walking distance to shopping or restaurants. Not a walker? They will give you a ride. When it was time to trade in my old reliable pick up for something new, Trisha in the sales department took care of us. When I finally found what I was looking for, Trisha smoothly moved us through the sale with no hassles. If you want a great dealership that is down to earth and oriented towards meeting your vehicle and customer service needs, the people at Hudson Ford will take care of you.
