Purchased my ford ranger 4 days ago brand new. Rear tire has a leak and I made an appointment yesterday for today. The vehicle sat here for an hour before any one looked at it. ( after I had to mention it's been sitting here) After checking on it again (it's a tire !!!) the young lady at the quick lane desk was very snarky saying it's being work d in and the tire is off. I needed to remind her this is not funny and to wipe the smirk off of her face. If they are unable to fix a tire how much worse is a wait for something more serious. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! Service was 0/10. They will sell you anything then dump you as soon as you sign. The GM is verbally abusive and cares ZERO about customer care or warranty. I bought a BRAND NEW vehicle and returned it the following day with issues. They absolutely REFUSE to address and repair defects. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Save yourself the trauma and stay far away! If there was a 0 stars option I'd chose it. Thankfully my car hasn't been "serviced" here because they are utterly inept and rude. My friend attempted to have his car serviced at Hudson Ford multiple times where instead of listening to him, or even having a clue about their own vehicles, they gas lit him, refused to address the issue or any consideration for the experience of having to get his car towed there multiple times. Hudson ford didn't know about a specific feature of fords and their rear wipers when they malfunction it drains the battery. The small town shop he finally went to after THREE failed visits to Hudson Ford, was able to figure it out in 10 minutes. When my friend identified this experience and issue to Hudson ford they said he was abusive when trying to get help with his vehicle. This was completely false, a cop out by Hudson Ford. There was no abuse, my friend was too nice and addressed his issues in a letter to the manager, not even to line staff. Plus, I'm the mean one in this duo and he didn't take any of my advice! I had been dealing on a truck for a , trying to buy from a remote location, getting all the info I needed. An offer was made and accepted. I then had to purchase airfare and a hotel room in order to come pick up the truck. Arrangements have been made and now I'm told the truck is being sold to another customer. At no time was I told I needed to put down the entire amount in order to get the truck held. I'm out a lot of money for a deal that was already . I purchased a used F150 at Hudson ford, as is and immediately had a vibration issue in the drive train. I brought it to my mechanic because I purchased it as is. They found the transmission fluid to be burnt and dirty and said that should have been taken care of during the inspection. It was not. The inspection also said there was no vibration in the drivetrain which was also false. I went back to Hudson ford to see if they would remedy the problem and after 3 days of run around they will not. Now I am on the hook for a $500 repair that should have happened before it went on the lot. Hudson ford will not be getting any more of my business. They do not stand behind their product. Should be 0's. I'm a 19-year-old who's been working hard since I was 15 to buy a nice pickup truck with a good interior. In August 2024, I bought a GMC Sierra 1500, but its transmission broke after only 3,500 miles. After looking into GM's transmission problems, I lost trust in the brand and decided to get a 2019 Ford F-150 Platinum, which I loved for its great look and feel. Two weeks after buying it, heavy rain caused the windshield to leak badly. I drove two hours roundtrip to Hudson Ford to get it fixed, along with some planned maintenance. Right after this, my truck started making a loud, almost violent diesel-like rattle when It cold started, which it never did before. Worried, I talked to a few people, including a retired Ford service manager, who said it might be a problem with the cam phaser or timing chain and needed to be checked immediately. I took it back to Hudson Ford, and after a week, they said they drove it and that the noise is "normal" for my 5.0 engine, mentioning some bulletin they didn't show me. They also said "Cam phasers are only an issue on the 3.5 Ecoboost...", my truck has a 5.0. When my dad and I went back, we overheard a mechanic talking about another 5.0 F-150 with the same suspected timing chain / cam phaser problem, except that truck had a dashboard warning light, which mine doesn't. My dad brought this up to a man in the maintenance department, who said, "If there was something to fix, we'd fix it," and "We won't fix anything unless there's a code." He told us to call Ford multiple times after questioning them. They didn't give us any proof or details about their diagnosis other than a receipt with notes saying they checked it out. The rattle keeps getting worse every cold start, and I'm upset with Hudson Ford for not taking me seriously or showing me any evidence. I have a video of the noise that I plan to share. My parents, who've been super supportive, are also frustrated with how the dealership handled this. I won't be going back to Hudson Ford because there service department didn't back up their claims. On a positive note I do want to say that the salesman, Matthew Warren, was very professional and helpful during the buying process and he even went above and beyond helping me with all of the issues stated, but the service department let me down big time. Over the last 40 years, I've purchased about 20 cars. My experience with this dealership was exceptional ....ly bad. They have reached #1 on my list of companies I will never do business with again. First, the car had a significant undisclosed problem. Had I not checked out all of the cars "features", I wouldn't have known until after the purchase. Second, wiping down a car with a damp cloth is not "detailing", which they promised to do, along with filling the tank (3/4 is NOT full). Last summer, I purchased a "Ford Gold Certified" used 2019 F350. I test drove it and had concerns with the front suspension and the dirty interior. The salesman, Mr. Matt Warren, assured me both issues would be addressed by the next week. I agreed to pay their price, which was a premium over KBB. To me, that was acceptable to get the Ford Gold Certification during Covid pricing. I put down $500 via credit card then arranged financing and came back the next week to complete the purchase. In reviewing the purchase agreement with financier Ms. Paige Ring, I was sure I owed $500 more than her paperwork showed. Despite me asking three times about the error, she bluntly stated that I was wrong. I presented a check cut by Navy FCU. Confusion ensued. Despite the words PAYER and PAYEE on the check, Ms. Ring was unsure of the endorsement procedure and even doubted the validity of the check. She stated that I might not be able to take the truck that evening until her concerns with the check are resolved (it was 5 PM). Fortunately, NFCU has an after-hours number. I called and reached a rep who confirmed the payee was Hudson Ford and NFCU was the payer. Duh. While waiting for the paperwork, I asked Mr. Warren if the truck had been detailed and the suspension fixed. He assured me they were. I had no reason to doubt him. I received the keys, purchase agreement and temp tag, then hopped in the truck and drove away. Halfway home, I realized I'd been bamboozled. The interior had not been touched, and the steering was still not quite right. Being less than an hour before Hudson Ford's closing, I decided to deal with this over the next few days. Well, well, well...the following day, I received a message from Ms. Ring stating the amount I paid was incorrect; it should've been $500 more, as I correctly highlighted during the purchase. Due to commitments, I could not deliver the additional money myself, so the wife went. Not the best interaction ensued. While there to pay the difference created by Hudson Ford's error, my wife was told I would have to pay an additional $500 because the credit card processing system failed to debit my credit card (yet they providing me a printed receipt!). I started raising heck with some pretty sarcastic and entertaining emails. Surprisingly, the General Manager waived the additional $500. We also received free WeatherTech mats because of other problems addressed below. BTW, the manager, who seemed to be a pretty good guy, is no longer employed there. Long story short: the truck had all kinds of issues. Basically, the truck had not even been inspected, much less cleaned and repaired. Uncleared OBD codes, inoperative systems, low fluid levels, dirty cabin filter...not what I expected for a Ford Gold Certified vehicle. Yet, Mr. Warren said he personally made sure all was well. The cheesy reputation of used car salesmen nationwide took a quantum leap forward that day. Three visits to the service department over three months finally seems to have resolved the issues. Also, I'm pretty sure the truck was driven numerous miles between the time we put the deposit down and took possession the following week. I can't prove it because I don't have a photo of the odometer, but the mileage I wrote down when we paid the deposit was significantly less than when we picked it up. Hmmmmm. Someone probably had some moving to do! But wait...that's not all...we have a "sister" address (St. vs Ave.) in our town that gets mixed up. A lot. I made that issue perfectly clear and ensured Ms. Ring had my address correctly recorded for submission to the DMV. Well...guess what? It cost me $20 to fix the title and registration. Thanks, Paige! I realize I could have forced Hudson Ford to buy back the vehicle, but I had already purchased numerous non-returnable accessories. Plus, both the General Manager of the Moment and the service department bent over backwards to accommodate the situation. I got several thousand dollars' worth of repairs and new components. And a lot of entertainment. They're lucky I'm not the suing type. Regardless, I feel this review needed to be submitted. The issues with Ms. Ring and Mr. Warren resulted in a rather aggravating, yet humorous, situation that only recently was finally resolved (I hope). As a closing note, both Mr. Warren and Ms. Ring received Christmas presents. Ms. Ring got a kiddie math addition workbook. As for Mr. Warren, I took all of the crud I found in the truck (dirt, cig butt, lighter, razor blade, broken fork with food on it (looked like Taco Bell refried beans...)) and cast them into a clear resin trophy. I mounted it on a wooden base and topped it with a wedge of fake display cheese. An engraved brass plaque reads, "MATT WARREN, East Metro Cheesy Used Car Dealer of the Month." Update to UPDATE: Returned for repair to driver power door lock and ventilation fan, and oil change. Told adviser that driver side power door lock worked sporadically. Did not lock/unlock about 75% of the time. After being told that fan assembly was on order and that technician could not find trouble with door lock, I went to pick up my vehicle and found that 100% of attempts to unlock it were unsuccessful. Showed adviser, and was told, "We'll for sure get that fixed!" We'll see, next week, apparently. My confidence is waning. Running back and forth, seemingly to hold their hand, is getting tiresome. UPDATE: Received email from service manager to discuss. Resolved troubling part of this experience. I'm impressed with his solution. I'll definitely be back. Thank you! Seemingly good work. Bad communication and poor valet service. Appointment was for first thing Friday morning, for what seemed like some simple work on side mirrors. I received a call at 1:30 and was informed then that a mirror needed to be ordered as it was not in stock. The mirror should be in on Monday. At 4:00 PM on Monday, I had not heard anything from the service adviser, so I called. I was told that my service adviser would need to call me back with status. He called about ten minutes later to advise that the mirror was not in. I could pick up the vehicle and then drop it off again when the mirror was in or let it stay. Given my work schedule, I opted to leave it and asked if the truck could be delivered to my address. I was told that could be arranged. On Tuesday at 12:50, I again had not heard anything regarding status. So, I called and left a voicemail for my service advisor requesting a call back. I got no call back but got a text message with the status of the valet delivery. Shortly after the expected delivery time, I checked my Ford Pass app for the location. My truck had been delivered to a different address. I called my service adviser, who said that it had been delivered to the correct address. I almost had to argue that it was not at my address. He then said that he knew what had happened and that he would send the valet back to deliver to the correct address. While I did get the issue resolved of it and everything seems to be in good working order again, It is very aggravating that I have to be the one to initiate all communication. I bought my first ford car and I absolutely love it. Late winter I hit a pothole and needed a wheel alignment. So I went online, made an appointment for both an oil Change and alignment. Once I was done, the confirmation email did not show the oil change. I ended up calling and the person on the phone was attentive and friendly. When I went in for service though, there were no direction. Do I go to the quick lane? Do I go to the other service area? When I finally pulled in nobody greeted me, nobody said "we will be with you in a minute" I just wandered around looking at people looking at me but not acknowledging me. Finally someone said they would be with me shortly, then told me to go sit in the waiting area (but didn't tell me where that was) once I got there, they check in folks were super friendly and kept me in the loop. It was clean, offered guest Wi-Fi so I could work while I waited. The actual service seems well done but half of the customer service was lacking. In January 2021 I bought a new 2020 Mustang GT from Hudson (Amillie K. handled the sale). No hassles, no tricks, no pressure. They let me test drive the vehicle without issues. Quote was competitive and provided promptly. A month or so after the purchase was complete they sent me a check for ~$150 because they realized I was overcharged for out of state registration. I did not realize there was a mistake, they found a problem and just sent me a check without me asking them, this was a nice surprise. I have a new car from Hudson Ford that already is having computer issues and my dash shows almost constant need for updates that I can't make happen. Sometimes even the blue screen of death appears and I am frozen out of even being able to turn off my radio. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment and the one I have is very inconvenient for me. Today I called the service department to ask a question about my appointment and was put hold for 12 minutes by Mikala before I hung up. I called back and got a guy who took my name and number and said he would walk it to them. Four hours later and I am still wailing for a call back. Seems once you buy the car, you are on your own. Prospective Buyers Beware: I contacted Hudson Ford about a used vehicle on their lot at 8:30 am on Monday. I am located 3 hours away from their dealership and indicated I needed to handle most of the transaction remotely. I verified the vehicle was available, asked if my co-worker could go look at lunch and they indicated it was being inspected. I let them know I was pre-approved through RCU and they indicated I would still need to fill out a credit app on their website. I did, got approved, agreed to the terms for the vehicle and asked if I could pay a deposit to hold. They again indicated I did not. Again, this is after completing their credit app, being pre-approved for financing that specific vehicle and making arrangements to pick it up on Saturday (this is Thanksgiving week.) I indicated my co-worker would be heading there at lunchtime the next day to take a peek at the interior. My co-worker went there to take a look and confirm the vehicle was as advertised, but was told it was out for a test drive. He waited and looked at it when it came back and then let me know all was indeed good, but thought it was weird someone was there test driving the vehicle I was pre-approved and scheduled to purchase. I immediately called the sales person and then spoke to the manager, who said despite them running my credit for that specific vehicle and being told no worries, no deposit to hold needed, they were moving forward with the sale to the other person who walked in that day. I was understandably upset - I would NOT have allowed them to run my credit and go through the approval process on that specific vehicle without it being available and remaining available until my pick up on Saturday. I would have made a deposit to hold at any point after the approval and requested to do so twice. Instead my credit was dinged in bad faith. I was lied to and made to believe I was in the process of purchasing and secure enough in that intent to purchase to rely on it and proceed. I would stay far away! I would like the company to review their processes of assisting people remotely and implement best practices so other people's credit scores are adversely effected by their current bad business practices. The sales person indicated she was directed on her correspondence with my remote purchasd by her management and was also disappointed in the end result. I asked her why she didn't reach out to let me knw someone was test driving or that the car would remain in that status and she didn't have an answer for me. read more

I was driving my 3 month old Jeep Cherokee up to a White Bear lake area dealer for an adjustment which was under warranty. My wife was following me in her 6 month old Ford Mustang Gt. As I pulled into the dealer I noticed she stopped kind of in the middle of the dealership parking lot. That seemed strange, but I am in a hurry to drop off the Jeep so I proceed to go into the dealership to give them the keys etc. I come out and encounter a lovely looking creature who bares a striking resemblance to my beautiful wife. With the exception that this beautiful creature has an angry scowl that could peel chrome off your bumper. WTF happened here, and is this going to end up being my fault some how. So I approach the apparently mortally wounded person formerly know to me as my wife. Hi honey (in a very neutral non commital voice) ready to go? Well no she says, YOUR ,car just lost its clutch. What are you going to do about that? To this my response was to open my mouth wide and cock my head to one side, similar to our dog when he has no idea what is going on. Ok count two 10 and respond in a reassuring confident voice as if you have this totally under control for sake of family accord. So I say HUHHHHHH? Need less to say that was not a well thought out response and did nothing to furthur her view of my ability to handle said situation. So I finally get my s--- together and take a look at the clutch. It wont disengage at all, linkage under the hood looks ok, fluid reservoir for the clutch is full, but the pedal is really stiff. So I finally am able to knock the 6 speed into neutral. We call Hudson Ford and explain and they have a tow truck on the road in a few minutes. So while we are waiting we get the friendly Staff at Barnett Jeep one by one coming out from the service and showroom area too admire the Wifes shiny black hot rod. They were really entertained that this gorgoues Ford product was totally helpless sitting in plain view of the show room full with Dodge Charger SRT's and Challenger SRT's. They were even kind enough to take pictures of our helpless mustang. They were so thoughtfull!! To be fair I would have laughed my a** off also if I were in their spot. Any way we loaded up the Mustang on the flat bed and rode to Hudson. They couldnt have been better about it. They had a Lincoln MKX for us to use no charge for the next 2 weeks while Ford Factory guys tried to figure out what happened. Turns out the placement pins for the clutch, which are on the flywheel and should be the strongest of pretty much any of the clutch components had sheared off (well 2 of the 3 had anyway). They claimed to never having seen this on the Mustang and my searches on line to Ford enthusiasts turned up no other cases. Hudson Ford did every thing in their power, they replaced all clutch parts and cleaned and shined and even detailed a few minor scratches on the Mustang and never failed to keep us advised as to its progess while it was with them. So I would classify their service after the sale as the best I have ever encountered from a dealership. We special ordered the the car new from them because they were willing to take the time to order it exactly how we wanted it. We cant comment on trade in value given etc since we just paid for the car. But they sure have their service department sorted out and actually they have just recently expanded their service area. This was at a time when they were doing a major remodeling of the dealership, so there were some minor inconveniences associated with that. We needed to go back 3 weeks later to correct a minor issue with interior trim. They had us in and out in less than 15 minutes with super courteous service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had my daughters called towed to them on a Sunday. Knew they were close and extremely busy, so had no problem waiting until a Wednesday to have it serviced. After a hour of "diagnostics" they couldn't find anything. Charged me $140. They called to request an additional hour at $140 for "diagnostics". Gave them the okay. After 3 hours, I had to call them back. Was told that the tech still couldn't find anything. Needed more time, but couldn't get to it today. Questioned why it took 3 hours to call me. No answer. Complained about having to wait til next day. They "squeezed" it in and supposedly fixed the issue. Said it was a blown fuse and needed a new battery. Pretty sure they wanted me out of their hair and rushed to get the job done. Picked it up. Paid $300 for diagnostics and a $160 battery. THE NEXT DAY IT DIED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. Had it towed somewhere else. DON"T BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! TOO EXPENSIVE! MUCH BETTER PRICING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACES FOR CAR REPAIRS IN HUDSON. read more

I went to Hudson Ford to look at a replacement vehicle today. I didn't intend to necessarily buy on the spot, but it wasn't out of the question. I went on to the lot to look at vehicles and expected to be swarmed by one or more car salespersons following me around from car to car waiting to pounce on their prey like at several other dealerships I have been to over the years. That didn't happen here. I was in a relaxed environment and even though I had looked at the inventory on line I still wanted to see a few in person before I talked to a salesperson and I was able to do so on my leisure. When I did walk in to the brand new sales office, I was immediately met by a salesperson and offered coffee/water. When the salesman was asking me what I wanted he listened to ME and didn't offer things for upcharges or additional sales, however did tell me what the difference in a few options were. When it came time for Finance, Levi the guy in finance was awesome, very laid back and informative. I walked out with a new car today, and I will for sure recommend Hudson Ford to others. I took my Ford Diesel to Hudson Ford because it was burning antifreeze and had white smoke coming out the tail pipe at start up. I told them that I thought the EGR cooler was going bad and would probably need a new EGR cooler and oil cooler. They told me the they would check it out and see if the repair was covered under by Extra Care warranty. They call me back to tell me it had a bad EGR valve, and believed it would be covered by the warranty. It was not but I was not informed of that until after they had already installed it. That would have been fine, but there is no possible way that an EGR valve would have anything to do with the consuming of antifreeze. Of course I picked up and paid my slightly less then $600 bill and of course it was still smoking. No improvement, I seriously doubt the valve was even bad. They told me to bring it back and they would check again at no charge because obviously they had not corrected the problem. On the second time in they said yes it was obvious that the EGR cooler was going bad. Obviously the messed up, so they offered by a credit of what I paid so far on the replacement of an EGR cooler and Oil cooler. But they wanted to charge me $3100 to replace them. So I called a friend who is a Ford certified diesel mechanic. He confirm what I already knew. Not only were they incompetent, but now they were still trying to rip me off after replacing a part that obviously had nothing to do with the problem. This is the second and final issue I have had with them. Two years ago when we were looking for a diesel pick up I stopped into their deal with my wife to see a truck they had listed on the internet. A sales man told us to sit down that he would be right with us. He then went and sat in a back room talking to another salesman for 30 minutes while we sat there. Two other customers came in and neither attempted to get up to help then as well. After 30 minutes we had enough and left. I will never be going back to Hudson Ford again! read more

Our salesman Cory is a liar who sold us a vehicle with a known condensation issue. They told us it would dissipate and was due to just being washed, but 3 weeks later it is still there. They are refusing to fix it. I have reached out multiple times but they will not return my calls. From the lowest position to the general manager, after the sale, there is NO service. I read reviews only after my purchase and no service seems to be a common thread. I regret buying from them and could not, under any circumstances, recommend them. read more

Saturday February 20th my husband Luke and I went to Hudson Ford and met with Brandon in Sales. After reviewing the 6 remaining 2015 Ford F150 4X4 FX4 within 300 miles. We decided the tuxedo black metallic one was the one we were interested in. Brandon asked for a $500 deposit and that he would hold onto it in good faith, no paperwork or contract signed. Brandon said that he couldn't call the location until the following Monday to find out if they could get the truck to Hudson. We said that would be fine. We decided to go check Morrie's Ford in Buffalo MN website to look at the truck further; because that is where Brandon located the truck we were interested in. After speaking with the sales man from Morrie's, we found that the truck was $5000 less than Hudson Ford. After talking to the loan department at Morrie's they couldn't find how the interest rate from Hudson Ford was determined. As they had contacted the same banks and couldn't get a matching rate for the same 84 month loan period. The rate given at Hudson Ford was a LIE and had not been bank approved. We called the same day Saturday February 20th within 2 hours of leaving Hudson Ford, and told Brandon that we decided not to get the truck ,that we would be back to pick up our check. He acknowledged that and said that would be fine. We decided to purchase the truck from Morrie's Ford in Buffalo that Saturday February 20th. Brandon called Monday February 22nd at 109pm and said that he could get the payment down to $536 and that Brandon checked and said that the truck is still available if we would like. Luke and I went to Hudson Ford Monday February 22nd at 6pm to pick up the check that we left in good faith. Come to find they decided to deposit it without notifying us and without our approval, no paperwork and no contract was signed. Carol was the only check signer they had, and that the other check signer would be there tomorrow during normal business hours. Brandon knew all this time we were coming to pick up this check. And out of GREAT inconvenience my husband Luke has to go back to pick up a refund check, for a check that was deposited without our approval and without any product we HAVE NOT RECEIVED OR CONTRACTED from Hudson Ford! read more

So this place started out very promising. They have ads out saying they help those with bad credit. We went there and was told $700 down with a $525/month payment. Not something we would do on a used car. Then she found us a 2013 Ford Escape for $1000 down $450/month payment. Again to high for a used vehicle. She mentioned we try for a sedan cause we were in the market for a SUV. We declined and left. We we're fine with everything. Thought it was great they tried even if it didn't work out. A few days later I email the special finance lady about a sedan. She comes back to us 2 days later with 3k down!!!! Like what!!! How did it go from $1000 on an SUV to 3k on a sedan. I emailed and asked why such a big difference in price and perhaps we would like to do one of the previous offers she said would be good for a month. No reply. Very disappointing. They lost business to a more local dealer offering me similar down payment($1000) and monthly payment($454) on a brand NEW SUV! read more

I am so frustrated with Hudson Ford right now... And I don't want to be! My family and I have bought at least 7 cars from them over the years. It's our go-to Ford place. Unfortunately my experience there this morning was enough to deter me. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus there last year that underwent a full certified inspection (like they claim all of their cars do) and I have had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. The clutch was bad when I bought it (unknowingly to me) and I had it fixed immediately. Since then it has gone bad another time (within a year!). It took them 3 1/2 months to get the parts in and another 2 weeks to get me scheduled for service. Also since buying the car I have had problems with the control module. Anyways, this morning after waiting three months I brought in my car to get the new clutch and was planning on leaving with a loaner that I had scheduled. I have loaned a car from their multiple times over the past year due to problems with my car that they sold me. Every time I have gone, I give them my license, my credit card and my insurance info. I did the same this morning and unbeknownst to me they have added a new policy in that requires you to have your actual insurance card, not just your insurance information (just implemented this month). I was visibly frustrated with this as I had drown to Hudson and had organized my morning around dropping my car off before work. Hudson Ford was less then sympathetic and definitely came off as rude. Now, I completely understand that new policies are put into place frequently in business, and I do not expect special treatment; however, I do expect fanatical customer service. A car is a large purchase, and getting work done on your car is not cheap either. I am loyal to Hudson Ford, and I expect the same in return. This morning that was not the case. UPDATE- The general manager just called me to follow up on the service from this morning. She was extremely apologetic and offered a free oil change. I am just thankful that somebody listened to me and offered to make things better. I know that a general manager cannot control every situation that happens within their business, it meant a lot that they are attempting to make it up to me. read more

I agree with the "Slow lane" comment. They are slow, frazzled and have too much business. They just cannot handle it. It's a mess. I have given them enough chances (3). The last time, August 2014, it took me 2 hours to get a lousy oil change. Really? Baaad customer service. read more

Just wanted to mention the excellent customer service I've received on both occasions I've visited. When I was there last week, a mechanic was happy to test drive the vehicle with me, to confirm the noise I was hearing. He identified the problem immediately. They were able to make the repair then and there, which saved me a separate trip and inconvenience. The repair was done in less time than projected, and the cost was totally reasonable. Prior to coming in, I had called the Hudson Jeep dealer to see if a mechanic could drive the vehicle first to identify the problem. They wanted to charge me $110 for this service! Crazy. DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I brought my FORD mustang into the FORD dealership only for them to have my car for 3 days and do nothing. I had to take the mechanic out for a ride after 2 days of having my car to point out the popping noise in the front end. They agreed that the car had a noise in the front end and where to dumb to know how to fix it. I have a full warranty on my car that covers everything with a zero deductible. So instead of them using my warranty i got charged $155 dolllars to be told "nothing" is wrong with my car even though the report says it was making a popping sound in the front end. Now i have to go to a real shop to get my car fixed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! read more

Buying as easy and fast. However after the sale their promises weren't fulfilled and customer service lacked. Not at all happy. Was extremely satisfied when I left the dealership. Then after a huge runaround to get a second set of keys I was promised, I found out I was getting a single key and not an actual set with fab. Would recommend not signing anything until you have everything you expect as their word doesn't go beyond the signature. read more
