His staff is kind, caring and also contribute to calmness, as they are well versed in their jobs, from the front desk to dental assistant, they ease the anxiety with their know-how and kindness. Dr. Winter is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. I thought I would be doing sedation dentistry due to my anxiety, but Dr. Winter was able to do all my work so far without it. Dr. Winter knows how to numb the area with the least amount of pain that he can. I have never seen him frustrated, even though I may pause him for my own needs or to get additional numbing. The apt was never properly entered, despite being in contact with my orthodontist to get my xray and info, so clearly there was a call that was placed to make the appointment. When I called, the staff member did not bother looking into it, even knowing I'd have to move multiple orthodontic appointments to get my wires removed prior to extraction and another apt for putting it back. I hope this feedback helps improve scheduling and encourage staff to treat patients with empathy.

When I developed tooth pain earlier this week, I gave Aspen Dental a call and was pleased they were able to see me. They even offered a same day appointment! The only thing I found strange about my initial call to them was that they asked if I would also like to schedule cleanings for family members, which seemed a little "salesy" and was not a priority in the moment. When I arrived the receptionists were welcoming and the waiting room was comfortable and bright. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took me right away. I first had X-rays done with a very friendly technician who then took me to the dentist's chair. In the chair, I performed in-take paperwork on an iPad and had my blood pressure taken with a device that attaches to the wrist. I was impressed by how quickly the dentist saw me after I completed the forms on the iPad. He examined my teeth and the source of pain, which I had gone in suspecting was a cavity, but he ruled that out. He suspected my pain was likely some source of trauma to my gum and got me scheduled for a cleaning later next month. One of my favorite things about the visit was that there was a small tv above the chair where the dentist can review your x-rays with you. I appreciated being able to be seen so quickly to receive reassurance that the pain was not a sign of a cavity or structural damage to the tooth or root. I will update this review after my cleaning, but for now I felt they made a good impression and I look forward to returning.

My first experience with Drs. Vallecorsa could not have gone better! Though I guess you could say…read morea 4 month wait for my first appointment, and an over-full parking lot could be areas for dissatisfaction, instead I looked at that as proof of a well-managed and popular business. The initial setup and paperwork went very smoothly. Everyone here is very friendly and professional, and even though the dental area of the home is very busy, it's almost as if there's some secret traffic director or choreographer helping things run smoothly. My first consultation with their newest and youngest Dr. Vallecorsa also went really well, even to the point of him offering to reattach a partial crown that had popped off one of my molars unexpectedly a few days earlier. It was great being able to see my teeth on the high-res monitor as well, a luxury I hadn't had at my prior dentist. I'm very glad this practice had been recommended to me.
