Do NOT use this company. We have been trying to get Paul Maples to correct an erroneous mistake for…read moresometime now. Our lender needed an updated survey so during the process, Paul added several waypoints along a 2000' border line that were not marked on the original survey. When we asked Paul about why he did this, his first email simply read, "The survey is correct." Hoping to get a better response than this, I indicated that he very well may be correct but asked for an explanation why. Again, providing him with detailed questions and surveys. His response, "I'm licensed by the State of Texas to determine property boundaries." While I appreciate him being licensed, that does not provide an explanation as to why the way points were added to the new survey which reduced the property by 0.8 acres. His response, "I refuse to waste more of my time dealing with you." Unfortunately, Paul is a poor business owner and does not understand how to resolve disputes. We are now forced into a path of resolution that is not desirable for either party. I hope you avoid him and his company at all cost.
