We used Craft Surveying to complete a survey on a property we were hoping to purchase in Brownwood, TX. Levi Craft was amazing to work with! He was very prompt in handling our request, was in good communication throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure the survey was accurate. His expertise helped save us a lot of headaches with this particular property. I highly recommend his services! If you are looking for a professional with integrity, Levi Craft is your guy! read more

Our lender needed an updated survey so during the process, Paul added several waypoints along a 2000' border line that were not marked on the original survey. When we asked Paul about why he did this, his first email simply read, "The survey is correct." Hoping to get a better response than this, I indicated that he very well may be correct but asked for an explanation why. Again, providing him with detailed questions and surveys. His response, "I'm licensed by the State of Texas to determine property boundaries." While I appreciate him being licensed, that does not provide an explanation as to why the way points were added to the new survey which reduced the property by 0.8 acres. His response, "I refuse to waste more of my time dealing with you." Unfortunately, Paul is a poor business owner and does not understand how to resolve disputes. We are now forced into a path of resolution that is not desirable for either party. I hope you avoid him and his company at all cost.

They showed up early each day and despite challenges and the holidays, created a great structure for the 30 x 40 building. Personable, informative, and dedicated I would absolutely recommend Mr Perkins and crew to friends or call on them again for work. They even worked over the New Year holiday to get caught up, taking good care of our project and moving on to the next. He even had great ideas for future improvements and projects which we are considering now. Nicely done by Mr. Perkins and the entire Perks LLC crew.

I couldn't be happier with the price, the quality of work and the work ethic of this outfit! Many thanks to Kirk, AJ, Colby and Stan!

Their work was thorough and professional from start to finish. They not only repaired the damaged section seamlessly but also sealed all the cracks and applied a clean, even final coating. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail -- not a drop of coating got on the house or garage. The finished surface looks brand new, smooth, and well-protected. Donny and his crew were punctual, polite, and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward.
