Let me just say five stars to the food and five stars to MY waitress , who was amazing! Not only did she cook the finest breakfast, but she was also cleaning and very attentive to other guests in the dining room. Meanwhile, the other waitress was roaming around, in the store and she was not doing any waitressing, cooking or cleaning.This other waitress, blonde hair and glasses, watched this other woman do All the work while she stood, around looking at the ceiling, strolling through the truck Plaza next-door. When she came back in my waitress was busy cooking a bunch of orders so I asked the blonde waitress to pour me coffee and she refused. She said she'll be with you in a moment point to get my waitress was cooking three other meals. When I worked at the huddle house, we worked at it as a team if one waitress was busy the other one would go around and giving everybody coffee there was no "it's not my job " attitude. Then when I went to check out, lazy, blonde, girl said "I would check you out, but you're not my customer" OK she was very rude from the beginning because when I walked in there, there was nobody in the dining area. I guess she was mad that I went to get the manager out of the truckstop after I waited like 10 minutes. My waitress was cleaning in the back and restocking, while the other lazy one was lingering. Absolutely no sense of urgency and she was very rude when she told me she wouldn't check me out or get me coffee, and said I was rude because I mentioned that she had no sense of urgency that she was standing around watching the other girl work running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Miss lazy, blonde should not be a waitress and thought she was funny being a smart ass, being rude to me, looking at all the other customers for attention and accolades. No, I'm not rude. I'm observant. Lazy blonde sat here and let this girl my waitress do ALL the work Cooking all the meals, cleaning all the tables, pouring ALL coffee for all the people. Lazy blonde should not be waitressing maybe you guys should put her in the store as a cashier that's where she belongs. She don't know how to waitress. It seems like to me the lazyblonde waitresses job was just to stand around and pose for animal crackers? Then this lazy girl had the audacity to tell me there was a waffle house down the street maybe I should go there. Maybe she should go work at the Waffle House and be fired from this establishment because she's making them look bad. Even the other waitress noticed what she was doing and seemed frustrated. I've been going to this huddle house for over 10 years. I'm not going take nonsense from a LAZY little snot nose brat who's HAS ZERO sense of urgency and ZERO work ethic. I hope I get a phone call or a response from the owner because until I do, maybe I will visit that Waffle House down the road Because I refused to deal with rude lazy little snots. read more

I came in for breakfast with my mother who has limited mobility and sat at the closest booth to the server. We waited over 20 minutes with zero attention, and the server watched as we got up and slowly left the restaurant. It was late morning and there were 4 tables with patrons being served. Two employees from the adjoining truck stop came in, ordered and had their food, actually finished eating as we were leaving. We went to the Waffle House and had a great experience. We live near Adel, it goes without saying that we don't want to repeat the chance of this waste of time again, especially in view of how difficult it is to navigate with a walker. I'm sure the food would have been fine, simply a very poorly managed establishment. Improvements needed are obvious from our experience. read more

They are packed. No social distancing here yet in GA... We figured it's open due to being near a fueling spot and yup.. open. A Nice gal is our server named Mee mee (?). She made Bf a great looking Chef Salad!!! Wow. Dagwood bacon on top too!!! Yummy. After his salad tho he had to order a la carte hamburger steak with gravy n mushrooms... mmmmm. One of our favs. I had the Philly cheesesteak omelet with hash browns, sourdough toast. Wow it's not too much food. Nicely portioned. I actually saw her whip the eggs in a milkshake machine for the omelet!! Interesting... but they were definatly fluffy !!! I did tho find a corner of my toast ( grilled) with a mold spot on it. I did mention that. I ate around it. So they were also keeping condiments off the tables. Very clean. Notice when u asked for a condiment... they were all new and had a seal on them!!! read more

It's a grill restaurant an shouldn't take 40 minutes to prepare a cheese burger,blt, turkey club an tenders, it was little unsettling g watching the waitress out in our order than disappear o it to sit an jaw back with 2 customers that I was told was her family, still we had some plus an minus to our order an had I not watched the cook our orders would have been messed up because she just rang them upon the ticket as nothing added or takin off, there was 4 tables full of half eaten food an dirty plates that neither of the 2 girls working seemed worried about getting cleaned. Was in town for a funeral, whole family had the hotel across the street. We were so hungry when we woke up. Had just drove 10 hours to come to Georgia. Went straight over to the huddle house. We know short staff is everywhere. We stood at the door waiting to see what we needed to do. A girl after a few minutes said. To many of y'all to sit together. So we split up. Each table waited for a " I'll be right with you" or something. We sat for 10 minutes felt unwelcomed. We got up and left. Terrible customer service. We sat and ordered a couple burgers. After 10 minutes we got the wrong drinks. Then after thirty more minutes we got our food which looked nothing like the menu depicted it. Not only that, we got to go packaging when we were dining in. And to top it all off, the people who got there 20 minutes after us got their food before us. The cook was not in a hurry at all despite it being lunch time. If you want to eat some good food and not prolong a trip, just eat somewhere else. read more
